Spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean room. Good Location. Restaurants nearby (within walking distance). Beach is also within walking distance. Quiet. The inhouse restaurant serve good food, too. Electric kettle is clean. Big fridge provided. Free Parking available.

The dining chairs is the suede fabric type and therefore hard to keep clean. Suggest to change it to plastic, wood, half leather surface.. The unit has a dish washer but it is hard to fully load the dish washer for a wash... Would be good to provide sponge / dish liquid for washing individual dishes manually as needed.

The accommodation room was well laid out with a choice of a queen bed or a single bed, wardrobe with shelves for clothes, and ironing board, hairdryer, bar-fridge, tea & coffee makings, wall-mounted TV, and split system air-conditioner, and then separate bathroom with shower. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. There was not a lot of light coming into the room from outside lighting which was very good.

The only issues I had was in using the tap for the hand basin water splashed onto the vanity bench top and the cold water tap when you turned it off spluttered a bit which is not normal.

The resort is close to the center of town where other facilities and shops are. Its quiet clean and comfortable and has crockery and cutlery if you want to use the toaster, kettle etc in the room or have a take away. There is a restaurant on site but I would recommend visiting the Kalbarri Motor Hotel for an evening meal where the food is good and reasonably priced. Go early in the evening as this place is popular.

If you are elderly ask them for a ground floor unit as the stairs can be a bit of a struggle for older people. You may have to park a small distance away from your unit but still in the resort as parking can't be guaranteed next to where you are. Given the price of the stay I thought it was disappointing that they ask you to take out the rubbish from your room when you leave.

Communication.. we originally booked w booking .com for 3 nights but 1 week before arriving I called the resort to add another night. On the morning of the 4th day I got a msg asking me what time I was checking out. Then housekeeping walked into our room without knocking , I assume they thought we had checked out, and when we returned from a day out our key card had been disabled.. had to go to reception and explain.. Staff were great and dealt with it promptly but just needs some attention. Also the frying pan needs replacing… had to go and buy one from IGA cos the one on the room is long past its use by date, Everything else was spot on

One bedroom spa apt had everything you needed, king bed so comfy. Heated pool, walking distance to tavern, pub, beach, bakery and small shops Upgraded from a queen room for more room and the spa. Staff were great organising for us to move straight into next morning

The balcony was too near the creek, couldn’t sit outside due to mozzies. BBQ wasn’t clean, deck was dirty. #134 Would ask for a unit in other blocks next time A bit more cleaning in the unit would be good too, but understand it’s a dusty area

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always going the extra mile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. It wasn’t terrible, but some areas could definitely use more attention. With a bit more care, this place could be excellent.

The location was excellent. The attention to all of our requests and the presentation of the staff was always helpful, polite & pleasant. Would book again. The bed and the linen were great. It was a pity the heater in the lounge area didn't work. I was informed that it wasn't fixable, I feel it may not have been the first time that it was reported. The reception kindly offered to get us a heater. Thanks again Reception.

I feel it could have been a bit cleaner...it needed some work in the corners and the bathroom,

So good we stayed 3 extra nights!! The apartment was HUGE! Nice big comfy bed & bedroom + big bathroom with separate spa & washer & dryer! Large lounge/dining/kitchen & bonus balcony with leafy outlook, table & chairs + bbq. Clean & tidy with everything we needed. Only small issue was cooktop not working. We ate out + there was an electric frypan which we were able to make do with. Staff were lovely & organised a great price direct to extend our stay! Even helped us after checkout when we found we had a flat car battery!

Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. The 2 ladies provided us with information about places to visit. When we asked if they could print out a park pass for us, it was done promptly and with big smiles. Enjoyed the pool as well.

Restaurant was convenient (within the resort, next to reception) and wine was good but the food was a bit underwhelming. My husband's lamb cutlets were very burnt and he couldn't eat them; my duck confit was burnt on the outside but the sauce was great. I must mention though that the vegetables were most excellent and service was attentive. Perhaps the chef had an off night with regards to the meat components of the dishes.

Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location with a lovely balcony BBQ area at the back. Air conditioning in bedroom and Living area. Spa bath. Comfortable bed and clean bedding, plenty of pillows. Easy parking.

Cleaning was patchy - some dirty cutlery and dining table. A lot of limescale around edges of shower cubicle. Door to shower did not fit properly and flooded bathroom floor. Mosquito repellant would have been a nice touch as there a lot due to it’s position next to the stream.
