2-bedroom apartment is good-sized and good for families. Supplies and amenities are generally well-provided. Nice to see the kangaroos in the morning from the balcony/patio.
Not so ready for babies/toddlers. Requested for a cot but it wasn’t there at check in. Called front desk and it took a while to arrive. Staff left us with a folded up cot and expected us to fix it ourselves. After fixing, we realised there were no bedding for the infant cot, so we had to call them again 🫠. Check-in was not convenient as it’s at Novotel, and there was no lift/elevator so we had to carry all the luggages up while juggling children. Carpark is mostly full so we had to park a lot further away from our apartment.

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in, was well laid out, and good sites, lovely balcony overlooking golf course, huge king, size bed, separate bathroom, and separate toilet, making a great place to stay for the week. Having a swimming pool available on site, althoughat least 100 m away, was great given the hot weather.
The price was very high, given the facilities and standard. Although very good, probably not quite worth more than $300 a night. Also, the room probably needs a little bit of work, such as some big stains on the carpet, and not having a coffee, plunger or coffee machine seemed strange at that price point.

I liked the layout and the space. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were good, but the dryer turner kept coming off.
The room service menu wasn't very good when it came to options. I felt there were more options for alcohol and drinks then there was for food. The toilet was too small because of the way the door operated. If the door was a "barn style" slider, or if the door opened out into the hall it would have been fine, but having the door open into the toilet we had to stand over the toilet to close the door, and my grandma is tiny, so if she couldn't even get in the toilet properly then that is an issue. Also, a list of extensions to get hold of the room service or reception next to the phone would have been better. I had to google the numbers to call and half the time they never answered. Parking was horrendous.

We received a very friendly greeting at reception (reception desk is in the Novotel) and given great directions regarding the amenities at the resort. Our studio apartment was great - very comfortable with an outdoor patio (not much of a view as we were right next to the golf course with a grass mound directly in front). Good amenities in the room plus the pool, golf course and tennis courts were all in good condition and well maintained. At sunset, the kangaroos and birds take over the golf course - great for nature lovers.
There was a wedding party in the rooms next door and they were very noisy until late on our first night (we didn’t call reception so didn’t test what action they would take). Sun beds around the pool not particularly comfortable.

Loved so much about the property from, location from town, breweries, wineries, airport, beach and lake to the onsite breakfast buffet. The pool was great the family spent alot of downtime hopping between spa and pool. Waking up first thing watching the kangaroos bounce around was so good. The staff were extremely accommodating when we asked for a fan or an hour later check out. Cant wait to stay there again.
Foxtel on the tv would’ve been great for movies with the kids at night or Netflix options

Property was very spacious and clean. We were a bit apprehensive about going as had seen some terrible reviews. The toilet in the room was a bit small, but apart from that we had everything we needed. We stayed for 4 nights and I would have been happy to stay for another 4 nights. Really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a weekend visiting Swan valley. The Sebel is on the outskirts of the Valley, but still reasonably close.
Check in for the Sebel apartment is at the Vines reception desk. This would be made easier if 1) the website for the Sebel apartments had the instruction to check in at the Vines Hotel reception and 2) if there were signs installed on site at the Sebel apartment carpark that instructed you to checkin at the Vines Hotel Reception. We did not know this and discovered it by asking people where the reception desk was located. A staff member also helped us. Once you have checked in and are given a map of the site it is easy to get around. The pool is very cold.

Excellent facilities.. great size pool, mini golf, tennis court, huge gym and beautiful grounds to walk around. Loved seeing the kangaroos everywhere and the sounds of the birds.
Young girl at the pool bar was unpleasant. They also shut it at 3pm on a friday. Apart from reception the staff weren’t the friendliest.

I loved having a kitchenette, where we could have our own meals prepared. I loved the apartment as it was spacious and clean. We had a balcony which overlooked the golf course and the kangaroos would converg on the course at night, which is lovely to see the wildlife in their natural environment. The pool area was lovely but it was quite inconvenient to have to walk all the way to the cafe to buy drinks and food. I thought that there may have been a bar/cafe nearer the pool.
Some food and drink nearer the pool. That we had to carry our suitcases upstairs, as we had no lift in our area

There is a only a microwave in the condo, which can be used as oven as well, despite its hard to handle if you do frozen french fries. Our condo was almost the last in the row, so almost no view at all but to the wall. The pool area is cozy and tidy, however despite holidays the bar besides was unattended/closed.
