I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the individual cabin; really, everything I could want in one place consisting of double bed, kitchenette with combi oven and even a very comfortable sofa before the TV. This place was neat and easy to keep clean.

I paid a little more because I believed my dog would be welcomed. Unfortunately, pets are, in reality, tolerated. There are no actual provisions for pets. One must ensure you are self-contained with respect to all your pet’s requirements. My border collie never settled the entire time as every voice, vehicle movement and animal noise kept him at alert. There does not appear to be much in the way of insulation, either for temperature or sound, and I had to keep the very noisy air conditioner running whenever we were in the cabin.

This was booked as a last resort as we couldn't find anywhere in my price range. Unfortunately there were a lot of bad reviews and so I wasn't expecting much. On arrival we were pleased to find it was completely suited to our needs. Yes it was small, but it had everything we needed and the bedroom and bathroom were superb. Yes there was some noise at night, but I think this was the sir conditioning and yes, the walls were thin as we heard the neighbors arriving on one occasion. However I was overall impressed with this property and would stay again.

I think sir conditioning was noisy and walks were thin, but as previously said, these didn't bother us.

I couldn't give the entire team from this park more praise, they went above and beyond to accommodate my family. The park itself is lovely and quiet, permanent residents and guests were very friendly and the Quenda's (NOTE TO ANYONE WHO HAS NEVER SEEN THEM BEFORE THEY ARE NOT RATS) are lovely to see. The Chalet was spot on, not a single complaint. As I don't drive only my partner, getting an uber to the park was very quick, and convenient when I needed to go out alone. The one concern that was raised after hours was acted on immediately. Overall I want to say thankyou to all the staff at the park for going above and beyond for my family.

Everything was perfect

We love everything about it. We had so much fun and space. We book chalet K with functioning kitchen and outdoor space. The location is superb, near to spud shed with 24hrs access, and to midland complex with target, kmart, coles, chemist warehouse We enjoy other facility including the bbq space. We had a great time, nice view for morning walk and jog

The check in was quite troublesome but they arrange John to help us onsite which was amazing. He was very helpful

Everything, we took the biggest unit cottage K Came with my elderly parents (70s+) and toddler (3+) Lovely place, comfortable Fully equipped Friendly staff, we keep encounter John, very helpful We utilised our kitchen and use the bbq area well

The check in was quite lengthy and isnt easy.. pur flight landed late in the evening, after hours check in, calling and on queue for a long time. Finally they arrange for John to come and assist us. Then it gets easier

Nice large modern accommodation in new chalet

Bed moved on rollers, bathroom was always wet due to no shower curtain, bathroom had nowhere to place your clothing or towels, toilet area always wet due to above and wet footprints walked around unit. Walkway from carport to front door needs to be remodelled. There is always a tendency to want to.walk through garden. Front furniture was wet due to water sprinkler. These are constructive criticisms not complaints

Easy and good location and helpful staff A mirror would be good in the cabin, just a small one on the wall somewhere so you can do your hair, as the big one in the toilet and shower facilities you need to 6” tall to see your face.

Bed and the new car port fantastic I was always concerned about sticks falling on my hired car before but with the new car ports that is so much better especially for rain too. Thanks for improving the facilities.

What a surprise arriving and discovering such nice accommodation. We've stayed in many caravan parks over the years and this would have to be one of the best. Facilities were great. Had a great stay and was lucky enough to see a Quenda as well. Discovered there are free buses going around Perth CBD and onto Kings Park which we used. Had a day going around the Swan Valley having a long lunch at one venue but could of spent several days visiting the vineyards.

There didn't seem to be any recycling bins/facilities. Maybe the area doesn't have it yet? Some information on public transport would of been handy as we wanted to avoid using the car going into see the galleries and Kings Park.

We appreciated having a nice, comfortable, clean place to stay with our dog for some shows over the weekend. Finding affordable and nice places to stay with a dog is always difficult but Banksia is a beautiful park with tidy little cabins. The pool is also incredible and the grounds are immaculate. It's also a very short drive to cafes or shopping centres - nice and central.

If the windows could be made more blackout that would help me sleep a little bit better, the outdoor lights manage to sneak through the curtains. Or BYO sleep mask!

The cabin is very comfortable and quiet. The location was near friends and close enough to the airport. Is not really in walking distance to shops restaurants etc but you would have a car if staying anyway. Very easy to get about if using Google maps. I would prefer here personally to noisier crowded region in motel or hotel. Highly recommend here for families amd older couples but maybe not for single or couples looking for action region.

Nothing really as was great for our needs and excellent value.
