I've been coming here for the last 3 years on my week off and it is always immaculate, very clean and tidy, ALL THE TIME. Staff are a pleasure to deal with, my favourite part is they drive me to the airport when I'm flying out and pick me up when I'm coming in, it's close to the airport and Belmont Forum shopping centre is just down the road and shops, iga, chemist , bottle shop, pub and more just a 3 minute walk. Is very convenient. I recommend this air bnb to anyone. It is a bit expensive but so is everywhere else, however you do get quality accommodation and very clean.

To be honest, I have no complaints at all.

I had to travel urgently to Perth from Esperance and hadn’t made a reservation. I needed something affordable and close to where I had a commitment, and that’s when I found Ellard Bed & Breakfast. I called because I noticed check-in closed at 10 pm and I would arrive after midnight. The staff member who answered was very friendly and told me to contact them after booking. I messaged them, and they responded quickly with all the necessary details. The accommodation was fascinating—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. I’m Brazilian, and we tend to be very clean, so this truly impressed me.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great and well organised.

This was a last-minute, late night booking after a delayed flight. It was around a 10 minute trip by taxi from airport to B&B. We were welcomed at the door and shown to our room by a friendly host. The room was pleasant and the bathroom was large, with a double shower and double vanity. Breakfast was available in the large shared kitchen/lounge (bread/jam, fresh fruit and cereals, tea coffee and juice). The kitchen facilities and drinks were available around the clock. The rooms had a kettle for making hot drinks. There were shops and cafes within a 5-minute walk (the F5 Coffee Co did great sandwiches). There was a bus stop nearby with services to Kings Park and Fremantle. We had a pleasant 30-minute walk to the Swan River, passing a nice nearby park. Generally a quiet residential area.

The breakfast would have benefitted from some alternatives to dairy milk.

quaint house renovation with nice internal decor, a friendly and welcoming host / owner (who helped me out when i was due to arrive late) the beds were super comfy and the facilities were all clean and neat! didnt expect it to come with a fridge that was a nice touch :) air con worked superbly and the self serve kitchen was immaculately clean. a lovely home, if youre looking for that sort of homely vibe you cant get closer than an actual home renovated into a B&B!

short convenient drive from the airport, just be aware uber drivers are less likely to take short jobs so the convenience is also sadly a flaw for uber specifically. i only found one cobweb but i'm deathly afraid of spiders 😭 the breakfast range was sort of limited but that's a heck of a nitpick cus i just dont like wholewheat bread haha :')

My plane was delayed so I didn't arrive until well after midnight. The fact that the facility had "self check in" was perfect and saved any further delays. The facilities was exactly as needed, and I was very happy with the room, bed, and was able to focus on work whilst there.

Breakfast was really just a "self serve" style cereal, toast and coffee. Given that I eat Keto (no carbs), there was really nothing except coffee for me to eat. Not a big deal as I had to pick up lunch and dinner, but would have been nice to see some non-carb offerings (eg. eggs & bacon or similar) on offer.

Close to the airport. Ideal for people flying into perth or flying out. Parking space if needed. Free wifi. Smart tv. Nice comfortable room clean facilities. They even have a smoking area at the back which i thought was quite considerable of them. the staff are so kind. Even gave me a ride to my next destination for a small fee but I really appreciated it. Would definitely recommend this place. Really lovely people

I'm easy going not to fussed. So their was nothing I didn't like about the place.

Room was large, lots of free space, and exceptionally clean. Same applies to the bathroom area, and other parts of the property. Location was very quiet and peaceful; a really nice place to get some rest. Breakfast had some excellent choices available, and was open for a good number of hours. My situation changed somewhat, I would have liked to stay an additional day, but online the page said it was fully booked. I was unable to find the manager to discuss.

Super new and super clean bedrooms and bathrooms. All spotless and folded towels, comfy sheets and super comfy bed. The owner is so nice and welcoming. She has really thought of everything to make an excellent night stay. With 10 minutes from the airport it’s a great place to stay when needing a rest from flights ! Her father will kindly bring you back to the airport for half the price of a taxi. Super new and super clean and terrific lounge for breakfast and having tea. So glad I stayed here.

I was abit sceptical when I booked but from the second I arrived I was so relieved. The staff were lovely, helpful and accomodating. My room was absolutely beautiful, very modern and very clean and tidy with lots of nice extras like a big mirror a big window a desk and bedside table and smart tv! The lady who let me in also asked if I needed a lift to the airport the next morning for $20 which I accepted and was picked up promptly by another member of staff. Would recommend

Big spacious home with some private bathrooms. Had a quiet stay as all other guests kept to themselves. Up early for work but had bfast with one other guest. Kitchen was organised. Communal areas large. Loved the deluxe ensuited room I was in. Not only was it huge, the bed was comfy, and the shower pressure was great. Continental bfast items are available in the am. 10 mins to airport in the am. Nice frie dlt organised staff. It's not a hotel, so ask all questions at checkin that you need answered.

It IS a little dark at the moment to be walking around the area to find food. However it is a safe residential area. Uber eats is a good option if you dont have a car.
