Very luxurious! The rooms were very clean & spacious. Nice & quiet, despite being so close to the airport. Great swimming pool. Staff were very friendly! Nice breakfast & coffee, while enjoying views across the river.

Unfortunately the display on the airconditioner was very bright! We tried, unsuccessfully to turn the light down as it made it very difficult to sleep at night. The wardrobe hanging system was frustrating! It was very awkward to hang clothes. Time to go back to old fashioned coat hangers! It would have been great to have been provided with cutlery & crockery, although staff were more than happy to provide them when we asked.

Location near airport and river. Twin beds were a good size, reception helpful re loan of tape measure to check bag sizes.

Carrying heavy bags up stairs. Noisy air-conditioning, noisy neighbours in corridor & parking areas at night, noisy of neighbour's air conditioning vibrating through building structure. Pool cold. Surprised at need of 500 AUD bond for room - first time - was this I was a foreigner; room paid for in advance in full.

The location was very good. Close to Perth Airport (which suited us well when arriving late) and adjacent to the Swan River (an attractive setting). Our meal at Dinner in their Dining Room was also very good.

It appeared a little 'tired', not as 'luxurious' as I expected from images on their website. The room we stayed in was very sparse and the general decor both inside our room and outside in the corridors was dull. The car park was also untidy.

Secluded location. Large, Beautiful and contemporary rooms. Bathroom was a blast. Restaurant is huge and has a large outdoor option. Property was been very well maintained despite its age.

Public toilets were WAY too far to walk when we were in the dining area, and most particularly, the male toilet could only be accessed by gate crashing a private 21st birthday party. Property owner needs to seriously consider an alternative toilet solution for restaurant guests. Also, one of our party fell down a single concealed step right in the middle of the breakfast dining area. However, said step was clearly marked with black and yellow edge strip. And lastly, breakfast was cold! The single staff member was flat out attending to everything on his own so we just left.

The fact that you could not get any food or drinks on a public holiday. I have never heard the likes of it and there really is nothing within walking distance to feed and water yourself. There was no mention of this when making the booking. Plus they were also without power for a few hours on one of the days. I know that’s out of their control but they probably should have a backup generator for core services. I was trying to work with no WiFi

Very clean and comfortable but the coffee in the rooms is crap, nobody wants to drink international roast, for the price we pay I just expect better coffee, at least moccona. But apart from that we always stay here as it’s in a great location and all the rooms have good decent size beds

Very close to the airport. (3.8km.) The River Deck Restaurant provided an excellent meal with friendly staff without having to leave the premises.

Asked for a ground floor for elderly parents due to mobility but because of the layout of the location, still had a flight of stairs to climb.

Swan River Hotel is one of perths best, premises are clean rooms are clean. Staff are so friendly and accommodating makes for an 😉 enjoyable stay.

Parking can get a bit tight whn full otherwise really nice place and the swan River is stunning frm September thru to May..

Bed great and comfy. Food was great. View of the Swan River was lovely and relaxing.

The QR scanner for room service menu didn't work, it kept saying that the hotel was not accepting orders at that time even though the restaurant was open, so we had to ring the restaurant to bring menus and to place orders each time. View of the Swan River was mostly of the back carpark. The balcony is a shared balcony across all rooms.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. Very clean and in good repair. Given that it was a "pub" open to the public,, it was very quiet, especially given its proximity to the airport, so you could get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was shy of customers........and don't know why really. It felt a little like a ghost town. The restaurant area was huge, but almost empty. The restaurant food could have been better and the wine list was lacking.
