The front desk staff was lovely and helpful, she really was such a nice person to have there. Facilities were pretty good for a basic room. Easy to get to, parking was good, for a short stop before an early flight it was very convenient. The pool is really nice. Be even better with a gym on site!

The washing machine facilities for those without one in the rooms was really bad. 2 single washing machines out in the open and a dodgy dryer above one. I was expecting at least a laundromat type of washing area...

Easy access as we arrived late. Bed was comfortable, nice big shower and pressure with hot water. Good sized space for a few nights. Locates close to the airport, 10mins.

Passage ways are loud when trying to drag suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and trying not to forget to not let doors slam. Could not get the chrome cast to work on the TV. Followed the Instructions etc, but still didn't want to work. It's skips a step on the TV which isn't in the instructions which is why I think it didn't want to work. Needs a small coffee table. Nice to sit on the couch but no where to put food or drinks down.

The cleanliness and spacious room. All the utilities available. Friendly staff. Very close to Crown and other eateries

-Need some washing up liquid and sponge to wash glasses and cups. -The stairs situation: The stairs, doors and rooms seem too close to each other. Being a claustrophobic person, I felt squeezed in as I went up and down the stairs, I felt anxious. Luckily, the interior of the rooms were very spacious. Felt safer and relieved once inside -Oh the cost for two adults was too good to be true. I'll book a room any time. Thank you so much.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything I needed. The location was excellent, with a gym conveniently located across the road and plenty of great food options nearby. I had no complaints at all!

One great idea could be to offer a discount for the gym across the road. This would be especially appealing to business travellers, providing an added incentive and enhancing the overall experience for guests.

The room was big and clean, so was the bath room. The staff is very friendly and courteous, I received the key out of reception hours (my flight was delayed) and the personal authorized me via phone before giving me access to the key in the key safe, perfect handling.

The inventory is a bit old fashioned and partially very used. The location is in a kind of industrial area and the highway is directly at its front door. But for one night as for a stopover in my case it doesn't matter in any way.

Bathroom tiles probably need a bit of a heavy clean although we realise over a period of time tiles do get a bit run down. Also we were concerned about our vehicle while it was parked outside our unit as staff cut it very close while bringing laundry/rubbish from the rear of the property

Very close to the airport as our flight arrived at midnight. The room was probably more than what we expected. It was easy walking distance back to the airport for us to collect our hire car.

We were given the wrong code for the lockbox to collect our room key as we arrived out of reception hours. We had to call the out of hours number to to get the correct code.

We were on the first floor and had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Also the property is on a main highway so the traffic noise was loud.

I stayed here on my last night in Perth before flying home. Accidentally got stuck and came early (just after 10am, well before the 2pm check in time) and asked if there was anywhere I could just leave my suitcase. The staff were so lovely and gave me one of the rooms that had already been cleaned and checked me in immediately! Made my day. Will definitely recommend and be back.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. It was a very spacious room. Well considered in its configuration. Comfortable lounge space. large bathroom and great kitchen facilities. it felt luxurious

Obviously there is some road noise but the convenience of the location for an airport accommodation is expected. Not as bad as some others Ive stayed in
