At first glance the hotel smells amazing! We were greeted by Dallis who helped us throughout our stay she was lovely and we already miss her. We were in a nice room, beds were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a great selection and will meet all needs. You can also order directly to the chef if anything needs well done which I did everyday. The kids enjoyed the selection also, I would suggest perhaps adding pancakes, crepes and french toast option for kids. The location wasn’t too bad as we were there for a family wedding, but getting around wasn’t too hard, uber is cheap also.

The rooms were dusty which made our allergies super high. Rooms don’t have windows that open so would suggest an air purifier in the rooms to help clear out dust.

Such a unique and lovely hotel. We don’t live far away but stayed 3 nights for a bit of a staycation and it felt like we were well away. Very clean, staff were lovely and we liked that there were several options for dining close by and the bar was great. Pool was even warm mid winter! I also left an item behind and staff were wonderfully helpful when I enquired about it.

We realised that two people just don’t fit double beds!! Are they smaller at hotels? As we stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids, we ended up with one sleeping on the couch and 3 in the beds pushed together. We knew they were doubles when booking so not really a negative against the hotel, just won’t be able to book again as a family. Will only stay in a king or queen with the two of us.

The size of the room was lovely. We loved the bathroom set up. Very innovative. The place was clean and very, very tidy. Front desk staff were very helpful and enabled me to upgrade my room without any hassles. Breakfast was lovely. Using Wilson City Park for our two cars was fantastic!

We paid a premium for our breakfast as it was a public holiday. However, staff had not noticed that food was getting low. Dishes were not replenished until AFTER they were emptied - which meant that my partner had things that I did not get a chance to taste. Also, the croissants and danishes had spent too long in the "air" and had become over crisp or stale.

My wife and I live in country WA and travel to Perth fairly regularly. We have stayed in a number of different hotels and decided to give Aloft a go as it was close to the Burswood Entertainment area. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the room was, and more importantly, how well the room had been designed. The bathroom had a separate toilet, and also contained the WIR, so it was great to have the bedroom area free of suitcases, clothes and other clutter. The shower was great and there was lots of hanging space. Overall, we had a great stay and will certainly use this as our Perth base in future.

We chose this location due to its facillities (Pool, view etc) and its proximity to Optus Stadium. Bonus to the location was it's closeness to IGA, great sushi and pizza restaurants and the pool. The rooms have very tall ceilings which helped with noise and isolation. The aircon was perfect and so quiet. The beds were comfy and everything was wonderfully clean! There was also activities that our kids would have loved if we brought them. Foosball, ping pong and board games!

The next door neighbours were very rough with their door so it felt like someone was trying to open ours everytime they let themselves in and out, but apart from that it was a pleasant and silent stay. The only downside was we booked the room for the view of the river... and we didn't get that... I believed that we booked that by getting the King Breeze room with 2 windows.

Great hotel gym with dumbbells over 20kg which is a nice change for a hotel gym and a decent amount of cables to get a good work out in. Friendly staff and well kept rooms. Only 15 minutes from the international airport which is a plus. Parking is via a Wilson's carpark next door but if you can secure a free street side parking there are no time limit so there's no need to move the car every morning.

I had the air con set at 28 degrees and it was still very cold in the room!

The perfect way to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday! Our stay at Aloft was absolutely amazing — truly second to none. A special shoutout to Daana and another lovely lady (whose name I sadly can’t recall) for going above and beyond with the room decorations. You both made the experience so special. My girlfriend was over the moon with how beautifully everything was set up — love was definitely in the air. Forever grateful to the Aloft team for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

My wife and I absolutely loved the property. The Aloft is our preferred hotel whenever we have a staycation. The services, room decorations, customer service, food from the kitchen, the beautiful aromas throughout the hotel, the overall decor of the hotel and of course; your gym! The equipment is awesome, new, and has literally everything you need for any workout. Thank you so much for being such an amazing hotel! There is nothing to not like at The Aloft hotel 😇

Check in was quick, service desk very efficient, room very comfortable even though it had two queen size beds. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices, beds very comfortable. Fridge in room was left empty which suited our needs. Parking was convenient. Check out easy.

As we had family on other floors we weren’t able to access there floors on our room key. Although as we were only there for one night we did not ask for extra keys to each there’s floors. Over all we were very happpy. With our stay there and would recommend to others.
