Great location to Optus Stadium, Beautiful accommodation. Great value for money. Enjoyed the spa, and also great that the room had a mini fridge & kettle for that first morning cuppa👌...

The noise echoes from other room customers in the kitchen, & that was before 7am. However, I just blocked the noise out... and no car parking available with accommodation is a letdown, but we made it work... The spa and plumbing may need checking as I did mention to staff about a leaking spa. It also had an odour coming up from drain, but we left the plug-in to block it out... The fan extractions do need cleaning as both are full of dust. I just thought you should know... Other than that, thank you very much. We appreciate it.

I was at the property for three night but in saying that it was fly in fly out, I didn't see any staff due to my schedule I was able to check in and out with ease Location ti optus stadium was amazing

You would have to have an idea where you're going to eat Ganesha is a small walk to every thing you need just make sure everything is open close walk to restaurants. Petrol station, IGA and central by car to the city and airport . These are positives just know the open and closing times

the living rooms were beautifully decorated. lots of different space in the common areas to chill and relax. the location was amazing with great walks and restaurant nearby. the neighbourhood was very quiet, you couldn't hear the train or traffic nearby. Access to breakfast and snacks and coffee machine.

the walls were very thin, and basically you could hear the person coughing next door or hear everything that was happening in the kitchen as if you were there. it wasn't an issue for my stay as the other guest was very considerate, but I can see it being potentially annoying if you're staying next to loud people :-)

The room looked exactly like the picture, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, the area is really nice, very pretty, easy check in, I’d stay here again :)

Paying the bond is a bit confusing as I paid it but didn’t get a response for a few hours so was unsure if she had received it or not, also I had to ask to get the bond back two days later as it’s not stated how long after your stay you get it back but she cleared everything up when I reached out to her to ask her :)

Great location! So many nice walks close by. Friendly manageress. Lovely kitchen and sitting area. Very clean.

The air-conditioning set at 24 degrees was too hot for comfortable sleeping. No cold water or glasses in the room and no.milk in the room fridge. You could get them from.the kitchen which was not a problem for us but would have been more difficult for those who find stairs tricky.

Jenny was amazing and so patient and helpful. She gave me good advice and suggestions on where to eat and little walks along with helping me check in with ease after office hours. I can’t recommend this place enough for their hospitality. It was nice not feeling like a number/ just someone paying for a room and for of a welcomed guest!

Great Balcony city views ,The location close walking distance s to Perth attractions Stadium ,Swan River ,The bridge etc ,Excellent Room size ,Very Quiet Neighbourhood at night also Easy check-in/ check out.Good communication with Owner.Comfy Spacious Spa.Spacious Bed Tv is extra Big Excellent for watching movies /Sports .Overall Great stay.

The atmosphere in the hotel was great. it seems in only has a few rooms. therefore not too many guests. there is a living room and a kitchen, which you can use. It has a very family like flair.

The breakfast was a bit basic. fruits would have been a great add-on. but other than that, I liked our stay

It was set up as a sanctuary and it is. Nicely appointed and the kitchen facilities were fully equipped and most importantly had easy coffee making equipment. The suite was lovely with a little balcony, comfy bed and gorgeous bathroom. A huge television was mounted onto the wall. It’s a shame we only booked one night. It was easy walking to the riverwalk and lovely waterfront restaurants.

Nothing to fault.

It was very comfy, quiet and the room was dark in the morning. Bathroom was nice. The common area are really good. The owner was really helpful with the luggage.

Maybe you should give more information about the breakfast. There was a lot of stuff in the fridge and we didn't know what we were allowed to take.
