Spotlessly clean, luxurious and comfortable. Excellent beds and showers. All staff are brilliantly polite and friendly. Lovely view from our room, great in room lighting. Our room service breakfast was delicious too.

We both felt like the in room tech needs an upgrade, particularly at this price point. The TV is small and sound was tinny, no streaming capability (on demand movies for a fee are so outdated!), and I’d love to see charging docks for your phone on each bedside. The only other thing is the noise from downstairs. We’ve stayed before and this was not a concern for us at all, and it settles down from about 10pm, but definitely request a room that doesn’t overlook the ground floor/lobby if noise is a concern for you.

The service provided by the reservation phone line were exceptional in accommodating a change in room due to circumstances. The room was beautiful; amazing view, really comfortable beds, quiet and private. Concierge staff and cleaning staff were delightful and very helpful.

Hotel reception staff not particularly welcoming and when asking questions about the venue not overly helpful. It was the end of a long weekend but still for an expensive stay and requesting information about the resorts facilities bars etc felt like an effort for the staff member. Also for a Luxe View room cost I was surprised there wasn’t a coffee machine. Bathroom also had mould in the shower.

All room service meals were very good , we were up graded to a room with the best view of Perth we have ever seen. Staff were very sympathetic to our luggage debacle when it was brought to their attention.

Waiting for nearly an hour for our luggage even after ringing three times to enquire where it was , we eventually went to concierge , with no explanation we followed a staff member to another room where our luggage had been left by error, there was no explanation or apology given , we then took our luggage with a staff member to our room .

there was no hand lotion in the rooms. Such a small item is necessary considering how much the rooms cost. While I appreciate the variety offered at the breakfast buffet, I found the pricing to be quite high. The cost doesn’t seem to reflect the amount of food a typical guest would reasonably consume. It might be worth considering the addition of more modestly priced à la carte breakfast options to accommodate guests who prefer a lighter or more budget-conscious meal

Rooms were modern and comfortable and felt luxurious. The amenities were exceptional and it was perfect location to have a a night out downstairs on the casino floor.

Breakfast was expensive but had a vast array of options. However only percolated coffee is included and for the price I believe should have included cafe coffee. Amenities were great however if you are a couple without children the pool area and the hotel feels more woke a family fun park with the amount of children. But great of your a family not so much for a romantic weekend away.

Location easy transportation by bus and taxi. Overall experience was great.Casino lovers will enjoy.A walk at the river side was good. Metropole to me was a good choice.I can choose to have fine dinning or at the food court.Room service available with $6 extra. Good Facilities are available.

Taxi not by meter for some especially near midnight. Concierge should handle taxi for guests lane and separate area for other pickup or on call. A little messy you are online at a taxi sign but noticed that's not the queue when l ask the one in front when they don't seem to hop into taxi available.When l get into the taxi the rate goes up by $10 due a little congestion down 20 meters ahead within the drive way!$45 to $55 with 5mins!

Everything all in one place so you can maximise family time and not waste time finding places to go. The pools are amazing, such a treat for parents and children alike, my sim thoroughly enjoyed the watersides though it would have been nice if I could have joined him.

No rooms with a balcony or outdoor option unless you’re a millionaire :( Also Not the prettiest view from out the room window, mostly we were looking into carpark. It does however, get nice after dark and the bridge lights make-up for the sea of gray in the daytime.

Room was so nice and comfortable. Great bathroom and bed. Room was very spacious and beautiful view of the city.

It was very busy when we checked in. The staff on reception didn't properly communicate to other staff. We were promised a bottle of wine which was forgotten. We had to phone reception to recieve it. We were promised a late check out. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 11.15am and we explained we had a late check out. Then reception phoned the room and we again had to explain we were given a late check out.

Staff in Epicurean were great! And the food was very good. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

We used the bed in the late afternoon, but no turn down service / straighten up. The service at the Merrywell was not great. Food came out Ok, but clean up was slow - we ended up moving our dishes ourselves. We were disappointed that the birthday cake we brought could not be put in a fridge. This service gets accommodated at other restaurants.

Staff were all attentive and polite, even though it was very busy being between Christmas and New Years. We've stayed at Crown Towers before but I preferred the general vibe of the Crown Metropol. In-room inclusions are good (kettle, teabags, milk). Room service menu was varied and breakfasts were delicious and well presented on a tray. Poolside service was quick to our In-Pool Lounge. Well worth the half day fee.

Our King Spa room on level 10 was a little tired. Marks in the spa bath and loose carpet, however clean and comfortable.
