Friendly guy on reception who helped carry the bags for us, this wouldn't have been required if there was a lift. Opposite KFC/Maccas which was good just not a very good crossing Good carpark outside

No lift which was a pain when we were on the 3rd floor with loads of bags. Shower head settings didn't work so it was a single jet or nothing which flooded the bathroom into the bedroom. Expensive for what It was and where it was.

Very happy with what was on offer for the price - clean, comfortable etc - only fault would be that it’s hard to get to other than by taxi, and it was a bit noisy - could hear everyone else going to their rooms too but very happy with the hotel.

See above, difficult to get to for an airport hotel.

Very caring nice receptionist..friendly atmosphere . Staff helped with carrying my suitcase and opening my door. Safe close parking for my hire car under lights with camera servailance. Lovely quiet place and very comfy bed for my 2 nights stay. Great value indeed. Will use again Thankyou.

there was no comfortable chair in the room.. Not enough pillows on bed for comfortable sitting. Broken toilet paper dispenser in bathroom.

bed is so comfy.. However we only stayed about 6 hours only..catch up flight..just need a room for refreshing.. room is situated at ground floor, easier for us with large luggage.

The room is quite small.. difficult to move a little bit

Location was perfect for us for the airport. The beds were comfy, the heater worked great for the cold night. The room was small but Straight to the point with comfy beds, heating, quick check in check out, breakfast hit the spot being simple and fast! Good value for money! Thank you

We had a late check-in at 2am that morning, a red-eye flight from Melbourne but was up early to leave. Before 9.30 am, one of the cleaners knocked on our door to clean our room. Informed reception as we leave.

Close to Airport as travelling for work and had early flight next morning. The facilities were Clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There weren't any issues. I don't have any other comments to make in this space.

It's in the name. Budget. The room was clean, the staff are pleasant and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. Can't fault it for the price.

Whoever had the room above me came in late with heavy boots on and seemed to be tossing their luggage about.

The location was ideal for me as a solo traveller arriving in the early hours of the morning. Access was quick and simple. The bed was excellent and very comfortable for my 6 hours sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I felt the building and room was in a bit of a tired state.
