Staff were helpful, shuttle was very good to have. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. And I hate to say it but they were more comfortable than my fave hotel, The Langham. I actually had my back play up on the plane over and it settled after a good night sleep in their bed which was very supportive.

Small cockroaches everywhere :-/ just some pest control would take of this. Also some noisy locals wondering around, this was only a problem when in the complex, not a problem in the apartment. Which felt very secure.

Great location, quiet and safe and close to the airport. Nice big apartment with everything that you would need . Even Washer and dryer.

The evening staff, when I arrived were wonderful. The shuttle bus driver was so helpful, professional personable, and even carried my luggage up to my room. I left early in the morning and the shuttle bus driver should not be working there. We were supposed to arrive five minutes till six so that we could leave on time and the shuttle bus driver was smoking outside and then went inside leaving us standing out by the shuttle bus until 6 o’clock when he came out and opened up the vehicle. He didn’t help anybody put their luggage in, didn’t talk and then drove like a madman. Didn’t help anybody with their luggage at all or even get out of the vehicle to open the doors. A very poor representation of the wonderful apartments.

proximity to the airport, free shuttle included. simple, clean suite for one night. front desk/reception person our oncheck out day was great - helpful, kind, etc.

the reception/front desk person on our first night/check in was pretty disengaged and generally unhelpful. Seemed unhappy that we called him to pick us up at the airport. Took about 20 minutes to answer the phone so we sat at the international airport with our luggage and family for about 45 minutes waiting. then he just sat in the van while we loaded everything in and then just parked at the apartments and walked into the building while we were left to figure stuff out. not ideal.

The place was easy to find, conveniently located next to HJ's, convenience store, tavern and bottle shop. Sheltered parking right near the room was also a bonus. The staff were also accommodating to our request for two portacots which made our travel that much easier! Thank you.

There was a storm the first night of our stay, it sounded like dripping in the roof which kept us awake. The following night water poured from the closed window into our bed. We had enough towels to soak it up & it was once off then stopped. We have reported it to staff so hopefully the issue will be resolved for future guests.

Spacious and the bed was really comfy. Great to have a balcony for morning coffee. All the staff, be it email, phone or in person, we're helpful and friendly. Don't remember hearing any planes. Great suggestion of getting dinner delivered (no food at the building itself). You could walk to a Woolworths in about 15min. I don't eat burgers etc, so nearby Burger restaurant was no help to me. Good short shuttle ride to the airport, for $5AUD.

Outside looked a little tired and it was a bit of a maze-like layout, but those are minor. Quite industrial surroundings, but if you had a car, you can get to nicer places.

Check in was so easy, staff were friendly and informative. The apartment was a great surprise, much better than the photos very spacious enough room for two or even four people and extremely clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, the amenities within the apartment great, undercover parking a bonus and there is a service station, bottle shop and hungry jacks a 5 min walk from the apartments. Even though you are close to a main road / bus route and the airport the noise from both were never heard inside the apartment. Check out easy too, definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Felt very comfortable and safe here. The unit was clean and the set up was pleasing to my eye. Having the private courtyard was lovely. It was very easy to get to the airport from here, didn’t require a shuttle bus although it was available which is great.

There is a need for more cutlery in the draws and also at least an egg flip. We didn’t use the pod machine as couldn’t find instructions for it. The blind on the back door is tatty and May require replacing. The light switch for back light was a little difficult to get at.

We chose this facility due to its proximity to the airport, where we has an 0645 flight out, and we were not dissapointed. Our 2 bedder was large, and with a full kitchen, although we ate out nearer the city centre. This is a reasonable choice if the location, as for us, is important.

The gym was a bonus but small and 1 of 4 pieces of equipment out of order. The security access in the lift was fiddly.

Firstly, it was easy to get the shuttle service to pick us up from the airport. Just a call to the accommodation and they sent a shuttle over. Check in was smooth and easy. Just the usual deposit and they hand over the keys. The accommodation was well furnished and clean.

The path to some of the units are not sheltered. We happened to be caught in terrible weather moving from reception to the rooms. The carpark is sheltered but the path from accommodation to carpark may not be sheltered.

We were in a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. It had two bathrooms, with the washer and the dryer in one of those bathrooms. The balcony (off of the living room area) and one bedroom overlooked the courtyard. The other bedroom overlooked Hungry Jack's, but it was still reasonably quiet most of the time. (In spite of soundproofing, there was some noise and vibration from the airport.) We chose this accommodation for it's close proximity to the airport, it's airport shuttle service, and because the individual apartments have a washer and dryer. We dropped off the rental car at the location near terminals 3 & 4 on the morning after we returned to Perth. We were able to walk from there to the nearest shopping mall (and a meal), then back to our accommodation. The accommodation is also fairly close to the Redcliffe train station (600 m), where you can usually take a train downtown. Though the train was out of service for a few weeks, we were able to catch a bus downtown from there. The Vetroblu shuttle does not take long to get to the airport and it has a reasonably good schedule. The staff at Vetroblu were all especially nice!

The beds were too firm for me. A foam mattress-topper would help a lot. There were crumbs on the coffee table when we arrived, though most of the rest of the apartment was clean. There was some noise and vibration from the airport. (We used white noise apps to counteract that.) The water temperature in the shower changed to cool when my husband used hot water at the kitchen sink. (The water pressure was good.) The bedroom I slept in was too small to hold an open suitcase, so I left it in the living room area. There are only two places nearby to eat (Hungry Jack's and a tavern). It is possible to walk to the nearest mall (2 km?) where there is a food court, but I don't believe they are open in the evenings.
