The staff were so very helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. The facilities were very clean and everything we needed was provided in the room. The location is very close to a major shopping centre and many wonderful cafes/restaurants. We felt very safe and found much to experience close by, one of the best locations for a family holiday, I highly recommend!

The only thing (literally the only thing) that caused any discomfort for us was seeing/hearing homeless people in the area at night. Although we felt very safe in our accommodation and walking around the local area as a family, it is quite confronting for anyone who has not previously experienced this before. However, this is not a reflection on the Quest or Midlands but more reflective of the socio-economic challenges that exist in Australia and the lack of support services generally available to people experiencing homelessness across the country. I appreciated the good street lighting around the building which added to a safe experience for us as guests. The building itself was very secure too which added to our fantastic sleep on the comfortable beds!

Quest Midland exceeded my expectations - I found the the check in process to be easy and straightforward with welcoming front desk staff which I appreciated at check in after the long drive, I was also very impressed with how meticulously clean and well maintained the common areas like pool and laundry were - as was my room, which kept up with the hotels overall modern style, the room was very functional despite its slightly smaller size and still felt very comfortable and fresh.

The local area around the hotel felt a little dangerous at night.

Great location for when you need easy transport links to the hills, the airport and beyond. It’s also convenient to be walking distance from the shops and a selection of cafes/pubs for meals. The apartment itself had everything you need, I found having the washer/dryer particularly useful after being caught in a rainstorm. We prefer the one bedroom apartment over the studio as the seperate bedroom provides a little more soundproofing for light sleepers.

Small tweaks could make the whole experience exemplary: using warm lightbulbs in the bedside lamps to promote a more restful and cozy environment instead of cold white would be a nice touch. Were the hotel to have a cafe or restaurant on site that would be so convenient however plenty of options around. The parking situation is manageable however we felt slightly uneasy about not having secure parking for the overnights.

The use of a sandwich toaster would have been a fantastic discovery in the kitchen, however there wasnt one. The area is secure by keycard in lift which is great for security. The daily clening and replenishing of supplies like towels, tea and coffee were great, and we made use of the washer and dryer as you sweat profusely from the heat it was great to wash and dry our clothes.

Location & view was nice. Midland Gate Shopping centre is a short walk or there is a bus route on the way. We chose to walk. Reception & housekeeping staff very friendly & accommodating. Room was clean. Nice having a full kitchen with fridge freezer as we prefer to cook our own meals. Made full use of the laundry facilities in apartment. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony. My partner enjoyed his daily swims in the pool when not busy & we also made use of the small gym. Handy having the pool & gym next to each other.

We only had 2 issues with our room that didn't get fixed during our 10 night stay over the Xmas/New Year period: 1) Water was leaking from the base of the kitchen tap on top of the sink, and we continually had to use hand/foot towels to soak up the water (hence the daily use of laundry facilities). 2) The plug in the bathroom basin got stuck the first time we used it. The next day the plug became unstuck itself but unable to reuse. Due to having more of a positive experience, these issues would not prevent us from staying again in the future.

Convenient and quiet location with shopping close by. Friendly, accommodating staff. The mini kitchenette has a microwave, dual cooktop, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses as well as wine and champagne glasses.

Very basic tea/coffee supplies. A pod machine (even an Aldi one) would a great addition. For some reason the mini fridge made some unusual noises. Car parking is extremely limited.

Staff were fantastic, accommodated an early check in. Underground parking and good location. Nice shower/bathroom. Good Wifi.

Very small room, Better mattress needed and the hallways need a good vacuum. Housekeeping trolleys blocking hallways and I had noticed on arrival a lot of food items (popcorn, chips) on the floor in the hallways and when I departed following day, still there, had not been vacuumed.

We didn’t have breakfast. The hotel is ideally located for us as we have family to visit in most areas of Perth, both north and south. The close proximity of Row H’way and Reid H’way gives good connections to the freeways, therefore all area of Perth. So very good to find a very respectable hotel where we could take our dog. We will be back to stay next time we’re staying in Perth.

Handy location, not far from the airport with great restaurants / shops nearby and convenient when working in Hazelmere. Comfortable modern rooms and facilities. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when I left my laptop in the car park! They were also able to look after me when I needed to stay another night when they were heavily booked.

No breakfast served or restaurant, however several cafes across the street. Car parking is a little tricky with limited underground spaces and outside car park shared with other businesses is often busy. Nearby community services have people waiting around.

The apartment was wonderfully clean and very well equipped. Love all the extras like dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, toiletries. It was incredibly quiet despite being fully booked so the sound-proofing is amazing. Fantastic air-con. Absolutely nothing to fault!

Parking is available but limited. Not a big concern for me though - did not detract from my stay
