Aside from the welcoming and friendly staff, what stood out to me is that the entire property was spotless! Exceptionally upkept, staff were always buzzing around cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Our cabin was a 'standard' cabin but it was modern, very clean, tidy comfortable and had everything we needed. I have stayed everywhere over the years, from 5 star hotels and villas to run down motels and patches of dirt. This place definately outshone a lot for the price range. I had my 4 children with me from toddlers to teens and they enjoyed the pool and facilities so much. Not even 10 minutes from the airport (which was why we were there), shops etc just up the road. All round excellent! Highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

excellent space grounds and chalets and surrounds so well kept, it was quiet and the staff were wonderful. Usually when we take our children places we are afraid of our son running away but we felt very safe tucked away in our chalet. I noticed staff always cleaning and emptying bins regularly and keeping the grounds in great condition.

our pillows weren't the most comfortable but that was a very minor issue and would definitely stay here again

We have stayed here a few times, and it is a lovely location and beautiful caravan park.

Sadly, our unit was a run-down stove top did not work. Luckily, they had BBQs, so we were able to cook our tea, but it was a bit annoying. Also, my child found an apple core under her bed in the children's room before we even brought our bags in. Which could have been missed by cleaners. We still had a lovely time and enjoyed the facilities like the pool and BBQ.

Great location, easy to get to and very convenient. We caught the bus in and out of Perth just out the front, fantastic. Staff were so very helpful, the girls in the front office and the maintenance/gardener bent over backwards to help and advise us. Lovely cabin, warm, very clean and well stocked. Loved loved our stay. We,ll be back.

Our stay wasn’t long enough

The staff was very friendly and catered to our need when we chose to stay an extra night, the room was comfortable except the bed was a bit hard and wasn't to good for our backs. overall everything was clean and everyone was friendly, the location was in the right spot for the airport and shopping center close by.

Not enough laundry facilities that I saw but I didn’t venture further than the pool area as that is where my cabin was. Was waiting for friends in our car at the carpark before the boom gates and was rudely told by a staff member that the car parks where we were, were not for visitors. No signage at all in this area. My partner and I explained we weren’t visitors and that we were actually staying at the grounds but were waiting on friends whom we’re staying there also as we were heading out to tea. The lady repeated again that it was not a visitors carpark and then walked away and had the nerve to tell us not to be so rude.. 😡. I know if she approached us in a different tone i wouldn’t even be writing about the incident now.

It’s very nicely presented. Location is very good. The units are comfortable and clean. We were late book ins so we received a welcome pac in the safe box which was good but had a bit of trouble working out the gate barrier was a key in and not a PIN code. When we returned our key at the end of our stay the staff were very friendly.

Very pricey.

Great value for money. We stayed in a cabin. Beautiful quiet location. Lots of trees and birds. The pool is amazing. Accommodation was clean, spacious and very comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Wifi was unreliable.

Very friendly staff, upgraded to disabled when we arrived as I had recent need of walker. Easy to get into with limited movement. Very clean and well stocked with the necessities. Very quiet area. Very pleased overall.

Bathroom floor very slippery when wet, not good in a disabled cabin. Could hardly get my walker next to bed, a wheel chair would never have fitted.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. The onsite parking and laundry facilities were a bonus. The park was very close to a shopping centre and the airport.

The only thing missing was a clothes airer. Clothesline space near the laundry wasn't always available.
