Staff are very friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable! Bathroom was clean and nice, nice water pressure in the shower. Very comfy bed and a nice warm blanket which is much better than just a sheet that most hotels give.

It was a little bit noisy, I could hear people outside. Also it’s called perth city motel, this is a little bit misleading because it’s not located in perth city, it’s located in Thornlie; an outer suburb. People who are travelling and do not know perth well may think they are staying in the city and end up further away than they want

Noisy neighbours late at night Tv didn't have apps and couldn't get all free to air channels 2 fans in the shower room but none worked Windows weren't secure and were in disrepair Floors had sticky substance near the bed

Friendly welcoming staff. We were given an extra night for free because other guests in the room next door were arguing all night and we got no rest. Those guests were quickly dealt with first thing in the morning. Our stay has been pleasant and I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou to all the management and staff.

Bed is comfortable. Quiet most of the time. Clean bathroom. Yummy restaurant directly behind hotel.

Kettle needs to be arranged better. Tea bags are important for me. I can't live without a nice cup of black tea.

It was a nice quiet and comfortable room.

The base of the shower had a bad leak, which would run into the bedroom if you didn't have a towel or something set on the floor.

Customer Service is really lovely. The manager is so warm and friendly and is happy to help you in any way

Ended up booking an extra night the next morning and the staff made that so easy. Will be back again 10/10
