It is an awesome place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well quipped beyond words. The B&B is surrounded by trees, plants, and birds, which makes it really a wonderful hideaway. Krissy, the host, has definitely put in a lot of effort to make this a luxurious and comfortable place for her guests. She is very accommodating to help me with my request too. We had a wonderful stay even though it was only for a night. I wished it had been longer.

It was a waste of time for a short stay. I could relax as if it was my own house. Clean,well furnished and attentive. Hotels in Perth do not match the price and content at all. I’m so glad I was able to find this accommodation.

No points lower than 10 can be given. It should be noted that you should check in before dark. I got a bit lost even using Google Maps. It’s about 25 minutes from Perth Airport, but it’s a suburban residential area. So, I don’t think this is the place to base yourself for sightseeing in Perth.

Huge 2 storey area including downstairs lounge area and pool table and upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast supplies were generous and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. The owner was lovely and communicated well, It was a great stay on our travels between Albany and Kalbarri.

EVERYTHING. Our host was absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail was spot on. The place was lovely and clean and so very comfortable. It was so lovely and quiet and everyday, everything was tidied up and food etc restocked. I will definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone. Fantastic accommodation and wonderful, friendly host.

There was nothing to dislike everything was spot on.

We had an abundance of breakfast items to choose from daily and sat on our private balcony watching the birds. Location was excellent for visiting nearby family. Krissy, the host, was exceptional with service and care. Cannot rate her highly enough. Comfort of the bed, once again, exceptional. Cleanliness is a big factor for me and Krissy keeps the place spotless. Upstairs and downstairs had a TV with DVD player and many DVD's to choose from. Lounge area also had a pool table! Cannot fault this stay in any way. Absolute perfection.

That we couldn't stay longer.

The amount of space to use and the facilities was awesome... It had a central location but felt like it was away from everything with views of the hills..

We couldn't stay longer ☹️ but we will be back... The driveway was very steep... It wasn't an issue for me but could be an issue for people with low cars..

Definitely one of the best accommodation, we have ever had the pleasure to experience! The attention to detail that Krissy has applied to her property is very impressive! Tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, excellent breakfast and very homely! It was the ideal property to recuperate at after a very long flight, before returning home down south. We look forward to a return visit!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

This is probably the best AirBnB we have stayed in. Well appointed, immaculately clean and comfortable. The host was beautiful and welcomed us warmly. She goes above and beyond in providing those extra touches including lovely self serve breakfast choices. We highly recommend this B &B.

The b&b had a wonderful atmosphere. The view from the bedroom over an inground pool and beautiful shrinelike sitting area was sensational.

I'm not fond of stairs, and the accommodation has its bedroom upstairs on the second floor. But that's not a detractor for others.
