The location was perfect it was only 15 minutes or less for me to get anywhere

There were no bins available in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient. When we left on Saturday morning and returned later, the beds had been made—although my son found his T-shirt stuffed under a pillow, which was a bit odd. Additionally, the bottles and cans I had washed and placed neatly on the shelf above the kettle were still sitting there. For guests staying more than one night, I feel the cleaning crew could pay a bit more attention to detail. A little more thoroughness would make a big difference.

Great spot for us close to the centre of Perth & plenty of public transport if that's required. The view we had was great looking back over the river to the city. Room was clean & tidy & the staff were very helpful, the 6 nights were good. We would definitely recommend staying here if value for money & being user friendly is important to you.

The only issues I had were tiny but mildly annoying. The large bed had 2 mattresses to span the base & made the bed a little uncomfortable. Having said that to be 100% fair on checkin there'd been a mistake by the booking App in the beds required, The hotel managed to find a room & did say it was an emergency room. The shower head height was very low & little movement ability, but I am 198cm. Lastly, the lack of a microwave was a shame but not really affected us too much.

100 deposit not being immediately returned and being told after the fact ,my meal booked to my room could have come out of the deposit ,after I paid for it via efpos .....I have no confirmation the 100 deposit has been paid back to me . Something I will check now again ,this causes a Hassel I'd hate to book 364 days a year 36,,400 I'd be chasing . You demand the deposit ,return it on departure thanks

Location was perfect for me as I live in Osborne Park. They may need to do something about the parking facilities it does seem to get overcrowded at night with parking but other than that the night staff were fantastic. One thing I didn’t like being in award winning hospitality establishments myself I extended my stay it had been paid the night before with bookings.com but I was abruptly woken by staff member telling me checkout was at 10am after telling him I had extended the reception also rang when they could’ve just looked on their computer system and seen that I’d extended my stay w bookings.com been paid and no need to wake me so maybe instead of rushing into all that check what you’ve got for the day or night and what’s happening with there bookings for the wend before rush w the decisions. Another great feature . I like the option that you could just go straight up to your room without a care in the world without having all your hands full and trying to find a buzzer to get up to your room Room services maybe open a little longer would be nice and maybe the breakfast little bit later but other than that it was an exceptional stay. I couldn’t fault it

They have come a long way from say 10 years ago when everyone knew the Metro South Perth was a dingy place now it’s quite funky fashionable and good value for money

We stayed here for a couple of nights after arriving in Perth. The hotel was easy to find and had ample car parking. Liked that we could have a meal and chill out in the bar area, which had a relaxed feel. The staff we're helpful and informative and lent us a travel adapter plug. We stayed on a higher floor and loved the view across to the city at night all lit up. Enjoyed our visit and would stay again if visiting Perth.

Bathroom could use a refurbishment and bedroom carpet slightly tired but these are minor things. Had a good stay.

Staff were great, nothing was a problem

Run down rooms, balcony room 22, had iron roofing piled on it, rubbish also on it, carpet stained, room smelled, beds very run down, had to wait for hot water, most time it was luke warm. Water from shower was all over the floor due to the lack of length of shower glass to keep water inside of tub. Room walls are thin, you can hear tv in next rooms, people talking and when they shower and use toilet.

Room size very good and so was bathroom except layout....

Breakfast only served in restaurant , evening meals you ordered was room service only. The pizza I ordered did not arrive after 45 mins. Receptionist went to chef in kitchen. I waited next to kitchen while I thought new pizza was being prepared. Finally pizza in box came out . They had given me a cold pizza and obviously this was the one ordered earlier. I complained, refused a replacement and got money back. Question.... why would a chef (or cook) feel this is okay ? I saw many people return with takeaway food which is exactly what I did for the rest of my stay. Why on earth not open up the restaurant area? Room I was in toilet location to shower I had to sit 'side saddle'. I’m slender and you couldn’t sit straight on toilet seat.

The kitchen area was amazing and all updated. Food was amazing. And staff were very friendly. Definitely would go back again.

It is a great little set up and set in a good area. I think the only three flaws i found were the taps in the rooms leak and that the large mattresses could do with an update/upgrade, as they are very worn in and have big dips that put your back out over night. And that the WiFi couldn't connect to the TV properly and couldn't watch anything. But that's about all.

The hotel has thought of everything thing someone travelling for work would need. It has not been typical for room service to be offered at other hotels of this style that I have stayed at. Loved that offer at the end of along day. The towels were also exceptionally fluffy and the cleanliness remarkable. Every staff member I met was cheerful and friendly.

The pillows in my room are a little tired and I needed three to get comfortable. That said I slept very well.

Delicious pizza at the hotel. Spacious rooms and giant beds. Stunning skyscrapers view from the window. Quite clean.

The bathroom taps are leaking and are hard to turn off. In all the photos they show tables on the balconies, but in fact there are just 2 chairs there.
