Loved the size of downstairs. Plenty of room for our family and the kitchen was a bonus. Huge with lots of cupboard and pantry space. The little courtyard was great especially since it had outdoor furniture. Enjoyed pretty much everything, the master bedroom had a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Location was great too, 5 minutes drive from a shopping centre and 7 minutes from where we needed to be.

The upstairs neighbours, they kept having trouble using the security code in the wee hours as in 1.30 am. Also, not very soundproof, as you could hear people walking around upstairs, and talking in the foyer.

The lodge is in a quiet suburb and its close to most facilities, shopping center train station and restaurants. The security system is very good and the parking is right in front of the unit.

The entry instructions on the door are fading, not very legible. The room doesn't have enough power points, the only one in the bedroom is one one side meaning the other person would need to charge their phone in the living room. The lodge is spacious for families yet the toilet is right by the living room which is not idea in a family setting. There was no face towels or hand towels supplied and no spare tissue box, we had to go to the shops to buy some.

It's great place to stay near Perth city. Very clean and comfortable. Given a door code to enter, and clear instruction from owner. Easy check in and check out. The house had 2 units (low and upper unit). Facilities is good and we were happy during our stay for 2 nights. 3 bedrooms is sufficient for a group of friends like us. Nice house exterior and interior. Highly recommended to others and we will definitely will come back again. Great location!!

Our unit is upper floor, and we have many big luggages to bring up and down using stair. Thats the only thing that we might less prefer, but honestly its not big issue for us and we manage it well. We still love the house and the location is great!

The place was neat and tidy. The 2 toilets make it very convenient to get ready for the day.

Lacking a dryer for faster drying of clothes. Temperature control was shared between bottom and top levels. Temperature was adjusted down by the top tenants making it cold at night.

It was a comfortable and homely place...Good Family house.It was a very lovely house nice fridge,plates and pots.cutllery and knife provided for you.feels like u are at home

The upstairs logde might not be too good if you have a 1year plus baby who is learning to walk..The neighbours would complain of the squeaky floors.The AC in the downstairs lodge also controls the AC in the upstairs lodge

Excellent location for our needs. Close to our daytime activities. Handy to take away eateries and a larger shopping centre. Easy to locate and clear instructions to access the unit. Thankyou for facilitating us

It's a new house. Maybe good for long-term stay.

Some fercilities are broken, such as a toaster. The owner should check them more carefully.

The place is well equipped for self cooking.

If there is another family upstairs it can be abit noisy and if they do cooking, the fumes will get into the downstairs
