A very homely place owned and run by a very personable host, Mark. Situated in a residential area but only 10 minutes walk from Murdoch Station from where the trains provide rapid access to the City. Breakfasts cooked individually to order.

Being picky, although the breakfasts were nice, there could be a little more of a selection of hot food, perhaps some sausages, beans, hash browns instead of just bacon, eggs and toast everyday. To be fair, most of the other guests when I was there only stayed one night so for them it would not have been an issue but I was there 5 nights and would have appreciated a little more variety in the morning.

A perfect stop over after a long flight from UK. The whole place was clean, comfortable and inviting. Beautifully comfortable bed and lots of warm blankets. Aircon in the bedroom though i didn't need it.Convenient walk to shops to pick up supplies. Cooked breakfast very reasonably priced was on offer but I had a 5 hour drive ahead to reach home so an early start however was able to help myself to cereals and hot drinks. I will definitely take advantage of this stop over next time in Perth.

Only problem the tea bags had run out!!!

Unfortunately due to my job i was over there I missed out on a hot breakfast but did have some cereal and a coffee so evertying was there to use and share. Mark was patient and had a fix for everything including the day i came home exhauted and locked myself out. Genuinely enjoyed my stay.

I liked it nothing to complain about

This is a shared house with the lounge, kitchen, dining and laundry as common facilities. If you enjoy meeting other travellers it can be interesting and there was very little noise. The linen and room were clean which was good as I'd had a small medical procedure.

As noted above it's a shared house which may or may not appeal to people.

Breakfast good. Location good. Mark was very kind, he took myself and daughter to the train station, due to my arm being broke carried my suitcase up the stairs. Very attentive and nothing too much trouble. I would have stayed longer, if there had been a vacancy left.

The price so reasonable, clean, very comfortable & secure residence. The host Mark was really helpful, made a cooked breakfast or help yourself everyday. Also he helps people with transport to or from the airport or hospital. It takes the stress away, when you don't know the area & are not well.

No..everything was great for me.

Location was perfect for visiting Murdoch hospital. So convenient just minutes to drive for appointment. Very central and close to other amenities as shops close by on South Street. Room was spacious and very clean and great ensuite bathroom. Parking out the front was convenient. We will definitely stay here again when next in Perth.

The house and facility were exceptional....walking distance to Fiona Stanley Hospital where i worked....Mark was a great host. Always making sure everything was comfortable and breakfast were always delicious.

Mark was very friendly and the condition of the entire room and house was well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the toilet facilities were also good.

The doors and walls are rather thin so when it is quiet, you can almost hear other sounds outside of the room. But it is not a big deal. I also found the airconditioner a little creaky.
