(1) The cleanliness of this place exceeded our expectation. Although this 3 star hotel is located among some light industry factories/offices, the place is well kept - very clean (both its indoor & outdoor space), quiet and cosy. (2) Room facilities were good for 3 nights stay - spacious room & bathroom, strong shower pressure, heating and big, comfortable beds. We could park our car right outside our room as there was enough parking lots available. Free parking too. (3) Although the hotel carried out house keeping every 2 nights, they provided fresh clean towels and cleared our room garbage everyday. The hotel even provided free breakfast every morning - choices were limited but enough and very considerate. Best among some other hotels (more stars) that we had stayed in our trip.

(1) The hotel staff were not very friendly - 2 front desk men spoke to us in a straight face with no smile. The breakfast pantry ladies also didn't smile upon seeing hotel guests. They could do better as they are in the service industry.

Good value for money. Going for the bigger room was a great choice for us, as we have stayed before in the smaller room and it was a bit too crammed. Much nicer having a bench to put our belongings on, more room to move around and use the closet. The breakfast was a perfect touch too, nothing too big but it hit the spot nicely. Even for the location, it’s not too far away for us to uber to our even in the middle of freo.

The only negative I’d have to say is that the pillows peeking out of the pillow cases looked quite old and stained (personal ick of mine in hotels if pillows aren’t washed regularly or replaced) and the tv was super jumpy. I understand that smaller motels may not have smart TVs to cast and what not, but even the regular channels on the TV were really jumpy, as it was when I’ve stayed in another room here.

Nice room with a big comfortable bathroom!! The room has everything that you need, except for the fridge but they provide one on the corridor that you can share. The location is good for business trips. Good parking. I knew where I was going to be because I know the area very well and I didn't mind it because I needed to go to the big shops close by (like Bunnings)

They provide a free self service breakfast, very nice, but the dining room is an outside cover area, good for summer but not for winter days

I'd like to say a big Thank you to Rob who assisted me day one when I needed to change rooms. I was a bit devastated by needing to move but you can't help plumbing issues. Also like to say a big thank you to the hospitality staff who cleaned my room. Made me smile when I saw what they added , to my pillows .. was sweet. Ment alit. They will understand what I mean💜🧡Great location , neighbours a bit rowdy one night, all night ..but apart from that 5 out of 6 nights were great. Regards Leanne

Only the all night yapping next door on Wednesday night .and the fact that my internet didn't connect but I got around it.

Great location, most places were 5 to 10 mins drive for shops and eat, room was spacious with 3 beds setting, bathroom was clean. Breakfast is included, simple but everything was fresh and convenient.

Need more seats in the room, not just a cafe furniture will be great, the bin in the bathroom need to be replaced, as it's rusted and no plastic bag linings, bathroom sink is too shallow, you can not easily get water to boil and it's easy to get water splashed everywhere.

I think it can be clean a little be more especially around the bathroom. The accomodation is great but there is some details can be fix for the price we pay. I know everything increasing but we all should take care of the area to still paying for the right price. Like one light was not working properly, we can plug our charge phone next to the bed and the look door in a bathroom was a bit broken.

free and ample parking for your vehicles. the front desk does not operate 24/7. If you arrived outside of operating hours, they will send you an email on how to collect your key and access the pantry. breakfast variety is small, but the staff quickly replenished the items that are running low

Location wise, its quite isolated. The room is quite small with no fridge, although there is a communal shared fridge in the corridor

After-hours check-in was suuuper easy!! The room was really clean and we couldn't hear any outside noise. The continental beakfast bar was a good set up and it was so refreshing to see an honour/honesty system for the snacks ... kinda made me glowy to know that there are still ppl out there who trust others to do the right thing :-)

Not much to complain about ... especially considering the price. I was a bit surprised that there were no power outlets next to beds. I have multiple devices I like to charge overnight, but I still like them nearby for ease of use in the morning. Also, it would have been nice to stir our cuppas with a teaspoon, rather than a popstick. Also couldn't find a way to switch off the main room lights and yet still have the reading lights on.

Although in a strange location (an industrial area) it was ideally placed to access Fremantle and surrounds. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet, while the detached bathroom was huge and the shower was amazing. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and tasty.

The detached bathroom, across the hall but still private to your room, took some getting used to but still did the job. Would have been nice to have an indoor seating area.

We knew the check-in would not be manned after 16:00 but we got there just in time. The room was exacttly as we requested - but there were no windows. The bathroom was enormous. The rooms were very clean. The free breakfast was excellent.

A window would have been nice. The procedure/instructions to get into the building and room were a bit unclear. I can't imagine how anyone could successfully manage it without the help of a receptionist. The location was in an industrial area with no shops in walking distance.
