Great location in the winery region! and very comfortable. Was close to where our family live so that was excellent. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Very private.

The breakfast at the hotel/winery main eating area was not great. Wouldn’t eat there again. Which is a shame as we liked the short pretty walk through the vines from the hotel rooms. You are close to the airport so you will hear planes quite often early morning and late at night, but that didn’t really bother us but is something to think about if you don’t like airplanes flying overhead.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful setting far enough away from the the dining and social areas however an easy quick walk The rooms are well equipped the king bed was incredibly comfortable

We had no hot water in the morning The male receptionist was very empathetic trying to find a solution as no maintenance was working due to public holiday the housekeeping supervisor came to our room lovely Kiwi lady we tried to problem solve the issue however no luck A complimentary breakfast was offered while they tried to fix the problem we appreciated the offer and accepted it On our return to the room we were advised the issue could not be rectified another room was offered to use the shower We declined as we were driving back to Perth All in all the team did their best Thank you

Great location on Mandoon winery and walking distance to Sandalford. Plenty of wineries only a few minutes drive away. Aboriginal art gallery on site and right by the river with lots of greenery over the property. The breakfast was nice and the cocktails are great too. The bed is big and comfy with a beautiful view from the bedroom. Bathrobes and slippers and good aircon.

Nothing we didn’t like. If we’re being picky, they supply toiletries but not toothpaste. Ground level rooms either have 2 sinks or a bathtub so if you prefer one over the other make sure to request it.

The estate is in a picturesque area surrounded by vineyards. The restaurant offers great food and beer brewed on the property. The room was modern and spacious. Parking and security is also excellent.

There was no cutlery, plates or toaster. The fridge did not have a freezer and was only really a wine fridge. We did not want to have a full blown $39 breakfast but there was no option. The estate is in the flight path of the airport and the constant noise of aircraft taking off and landing nearby was not conducive to a good night's sleep. Obviously this is not the estate's fault.

Thr staff were wonderful. So friendly and they genuinely seemed to be happy to talk to you and ensure that you have the best stay. The wine tasting, breakfast options, multiple hot beverage options in the rooms, the quality of the soap/shampoo/cond/lotion, and the lovely view from the outdoor setting were particular highlights, and all contributed to the feeling for a luxury escape. Just what I needed!

There wasnt anything i didnt like. If changes could be made, I'd recommend that more meal options be added to the room service menu.

Location and the convenience of having the brewery and restaurant at your doorstep. Just a really lovely place to relax and unwind. Rooms were clean and overlooked the beautiful trees

During our whole stay for some reason there was a constant hissing noise around our room.. I'm not sure if it was from the heating or pipes outside. It wasn't loud enough to spoil the stay and after a while you just got used to it. However I imagine that if you were sensitive to white noise, it may affect the comfort of your stay.

amazing spot in an already amazing part of Perth, literally felt like we were away from home, plus one baby sitter, overnighter couples anniversary getaway achieved. Would love to come back soon and try out the rest of your faicilites and hopefully do a weekender. Staff at reception were tremendous and really went out their way to help with some logisitcs of getting flowers to venue and the compliments were amazing and top shelf.

Not much - hard to pick when you are surrounded by nature like that and the whole short stay and experience was mint

We could have easily stayed an extra night or two on top of our two nights, it was the perfect little getaway. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were on the ground floor which had a lovely little outdoor area to sit and sip a wine or two which faced the direction of the river. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy(had the best two nights sleep) and everything looked very modern. They supplied a good selection of tea/coffee and the toiletries were really nice too! We will definitely be booking again! It was fantastic having the winery just there as once you parked up there was no need to go anywhere. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant and also the option to do wine tasting at the cellar door in a more relaxing fashion sitting at a table. Perfect little getaway!

None of this is major and definitely will not impact me booking again... however 😆 If you drink lots of water like we do be prepared to have luke warm water out of the taps! (They do supply two bottles of water and you can ask for ice) The shower is a rainwater style and I prefer to be able to alter the height. The fridge is very small and not as cold as a regular fridge.

We stayed a very nice unit with upstairs bedroom. Lovely garden view and cosy balcony. Clean new room, very comfortable bed and pillows. If it had a kitchen we would of stayed longer but the restaurant was open for new year and we included breakfast buffet which was a good decision ! We enjoyed lovely morning wine tasting after check out. Really all staff were lovely and helpful. Checking in staff was especially lovely. We will definitely go back :)

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Being situated in a vineyard, there was little noise disturbance. The cleaning staff were friendly and did not intrude: there was no pressure to leave the accommodation during the period of stay to enable servicing of the room. Breakfast and other meals can be obtained at the restaurant and prices and quality are reasonable.
