Our room was lovely. It was spacious and had a breathtaking view. We also had a balcony which was a nice place to just hang out at various times during our stay. The bathroom, shower and bath were clean and had great water pressure and good drainage. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, healthly breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables, eggs (various - scrambled, sunny side up,hard and soft boiled and omlets) meats (bacon, sausages - lunch meats and cheeses) and of course good coffee and a good tea selection. Dinner in the evening was always gourmet level dining. Our compliments to the head cook, kitchen team and all the service personnel.

All people working there are kind, thanks for arab and greece guys, the blonde girls and the manager are the worst.

One of the waiters disrespected use and she also lied about what i and she said, after talking to use with bad way, she runned to the manager and laid to him and then we spoke to him about our problem he said shes saying something else, she came to me first the manager is also a no use. He is saying that we are layers and she is not and spoke to someone that saw what we said then he said ok and didnt do anything, illcome bake to this place if i new the waiter have been kicked and the manager also they are disadvantage for this place.

Very big room and storage, very clean and comfortable, extremely good food, helpful and prompt staff

Even though there were multiple saunas I could not avail of any unless I took all my clothes off and when I got in with my swimming suit I was kicked out by one of the guests of the hotel in complete agreement with the other people in there and without being able to complain at the hotel reception as it seems this is how it is in Austria. Very traumatising experience. There is no jacuzzi or any other facility that can be offered if you come after a long skiing day and feel sore and want/need to wear bikini.

The location of the CESTA hotel in Bad Bruck is conveniently located opposite a bus stop with regular bus services. The hotel rooms are outstanding big with good cupboard space, a comfy bed, well equipped bathroom, and as we were there in winter - good heating. Breakfast buffet offers a big variety of food (cold and hot, salty and sweet). Spa - the swimming pool is a good size for swimming and temperature of the water makes you stay in comfortably. The use of sauna area and steam bath is mixed, which is not everyone´s liking. A big praise to the staff at the bar area and the restaurant, they were very professional and friendly.

It would have been nice to have a few evening entertainments, e.g. live music - on the pianos in the bar area; presentations of the healing qualities of the thermal water and the Heilstollen or a presentation of hikes or skiing options (through the local hotel guide - Ingrid maybe). As the hotel is not in the town of Bad Gastein, this evening entertainments could be welcomed by guests and could add to the hotels activities.

The rooms are very good size and very clean. The pillows on the bed were awful, but there's a "pillow menu" and you can ask at the front desk for a different one. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The pool and sauna area were very nice (when it wasn't full of kids). The ski room didn't feel very secure and I kept my skis in my room. While the hotel is located below Bad Gastein next to the golf course, it has a dedicated bus stop, which is free and mostly convenient. Certain times with lots of ski buses, others only once per hour. The food was very good, a combination of buffet and plated meals for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of options for all kinds of eaters. Very nice to have the afternoon soup and sweets in the bar after skiing. Bad Gastein is a pretty sleepy ski resort, so it's pretty nice to have the hotel all inclusive and just relax with friends in the evening.

They were very full and at first they gave us a table behind the buffet area, which was very loud and full of babies. After two meals and a LOT of insisting, we finally got moved to a very nice table in the beautiful main dining room. Also, the hotel was SO hot. I don't understand why every European building cranks up the heat in the winter. Anything more than a t-shirt was too hot for hanging around the hotel. You can turn off the heat in your room though and open the windows, so at least it was good for sleeping.

Very spacious rooms. Well equipped spa with a good size swimming pool. Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Renata at reception was very helpful in arranging a late checkout so that we could ski before our evening flight. The ski bus stop is right outside the hotel and the buses are very reliable. The free hotel shuttle into Bad Gastein was very useful as the ski bus is only hourly during the middle of the day.

The hotel is some distance from Bad Gastein and quite isolated. Seemed strange that lunch was not available at the hotel when we returned after a morning of skiing on our day of departure. For some reason, Reception had difficulty booking a return transfer to Salzburg Airport so we ended up taking the train plus Bus 2 to the airport which was very convenient and straightforward.

The reception staff were very helpful and the restaurant staff were kind. The manager of the hotel was supportive and always ask if things can be improved to make.our stay joyful.

The pillows were very soft and small.

Everything. Great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pool and sauna. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back. We stayed in a room with balcony, just loved it. Great cleaning team! Staff speaks several languages. Really good hotel.

Checked-in staff in the evening is prolonged; you will not get any information until the manager arrives the following day. We were refused to get a welcome drink (it does not matter to us), but you gave an opinion right away. Welcome drink is a juice with sparkling (mimosa). But a lovely welcome after 12 hrs ride would be lovely.

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful resort where the staff were friendly and helpful offering a warm welcome complete with glass of Prosecco. Our room was large, airy and with a great balcony overlooking the mountains. The environment is stunning and there’s a wonderful walk up to Bad Gastein alongside the waterfall. We loved the pool and sauna area - perfect chill out zone. The property has a great bar where cake is offered in the afternoon. The food was generous and outstanding and we can’t wait to come for another stay.

The restaurant staff were very helpful and kind especially Mr. Aris and Achraf and his wife. The evening meals were very delicious and has 3 choices of main course. The Chef for the main courses and the desert are very professional and creative. The hotel has an excellent atmosphere for holiday seekers.

My request for upper floor room was not met although this was my request when I booked.
