The hotel is conveniently located close to the main road, yet it was quiet. We were a family with 4 children and had two rooms and staild one night. The rooms were reasonably sized and clean. Breakfast, standard continental, was good, and gluten-free bread available on request too. I learned that this hotel was actually a Czech one, all instructions and information was also in Czech/English. What surprised me was that in the middle of Austria, I saw almost no German language in the hotel. Parking was plentiful available. Very reasonably priced, yet one has to note that this was end of June/beginning July.

In our room, the television was mounted in an awkward way - the stand fixed to the wall in a narrow niche between the wall and a cupboard, while the television itself was kind of hanging in the air under an angle which was not good to watch it from the bed, nor the sofa. and was protruding into the room. This is something you could definitely do better.

We stayed in a three bedroomed self contained appartment , which, as far as I could make out, was the only one. As it was up in the roof almost, there were a few strange angles but nothing that puts you off what is a very clean, well appointed comfortable appartment . Lovely shower and jacuzzi bath. We had breakfast at the hotel which was included in the price. Buffet type which is typical in the area , food plentiful with a good variety. Ski room with boot heaters and a reasonably priced bar. Evening meal was possible but not taken, we opted to go out into Bad Gastein each night which was about 10-15 minutes walk away. From what I could see , it offered a choice of 3 dinners for a reasonable cost. Ticked a lot of the boxes.

Nothing really , exceeded expectations.

Good location for the Alpe Adria cyclists (already at the top of the Bad Gastein, so the most difficult part of the bicycle path is done, with place to store your bycycle), possibility to reserve for extra symbolic price sauna and jacuzzi, European breakfast (cold plates, warm dishes, diary products, fruits, all 👌🏻) afternoon-evening bar next to the reception. Staff at the Reception very nice and friendly. Clean room.

Staff was very commucative and nice. I asked for a later checkout (1:30hours later) and since they were more than pleased to agree with no charge. Breakfast was great, and the hotel itself is very well equiped, even when compared to more expensive hotels! Just a 20 minutes slow walk to city center - I think it's a winner!

nothing bad really. staff in not 24/7 @ the hotel, but you have a phone number to contact. maybe a little too far from city center to eldery.

Great location and all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Would certainly go back again.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion - Front desk times are sufficient BUT only if there is someone there at those advertised times. A few times it was left unmanaged which resulted in having to wait or going back.

The personnel were very cooperative and allowed us for late check-in, since I was coming from Slovenia, I needed to take up the ferry which was something unusual and unknown to me. The room was very clean, there was a tray with welcome hot beverages. The sofa could be opened up to a small bed. The bathroom was very clean with slippers for the guests. The breakfast had a good variety. The view is amazing at night.

The breakfast items were running out often and we need to check after a while till they have been filled up again.

Nice and clean room with balcony. Peaceful location. Free parking. Friendly service. Adequate breakfast with variety of warm dishes.

We asked about discount card before going to spa in the first evening but were told that this hotel does not offer it. next day we saw an ad in the hotel and we were informed that they do have and it is free. With the card the spa would have been 10€ cheaper.

affordable accommodation, good food, good location, quiet and comfortable to sleep, parking at all times, close to the cable car and the city center. we would come again

very bad internet, rooms are not cleaned properly every day, towels are not changed and water in the room is not refilled. the parking lot was not cleared of snow when we left for home, we had to clean it ourselves

Breakfast was ecxellent, room was modern, clean and with adequate space, nice balcony and view. Geat we could use sauna and hot tub after skiing, the price was good. Nice play room for teens, pool table. Very nice bar with wood decor and the surrounding with the great and cozy fireplace. Very plesant stuff. The dinners were a bit expensive for the family as to additional optiono for dinner, so we have decided to have the dinners as an option, which was nice.

There was nothing negative. I would suggest that you could offer a little gongola toy - souvenir at the reception desk and some postcards. We wanted to buy the gondola as a souvenir at the toy store, but unfortunatelly, it was closed.

Play room is nice, we spent time with a kid there. Town is nice, but one have to walk about 10-15 minutes to the town center with all the beauty.

First photo on the hotel page in Booking.com featured nice fancy building. It was natural to assume that this building is the hotel itself. But it is completely different building 2 km away. In fact, Hotel is small and not fancy.
