This was a very good experience for us (2 nights stay, for the first time in Bad Gastein). The hotel has been newly renovated and we really liked the design: relatively minimalist and totally functional, while still elegant. It reminded me of the Skandinavian style, with Alpine flavours. Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly - we really enjoyed our stay, and even managed to watch from our balcony (facing a mountain and the football field) an entertaining football match of local teams. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and seemed to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. The terrace was large, though it could benefit from some additional maintenance. Both the room and the hotel's common areas, including the restaurant and garden, were kept in excellent condition. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and I highly recommend the coffee and cake available at the bar anytime. What i liked best: - we received the room that we booked and we saw in pictures (often this does not happen) - the tidiness - there were no extra "hidden" costs; everything was as expected (ex: no extra for towels, no extra for cleaning, no extra for parking etc.) - location is good: walking distance from the village center but in a very quiet area. Tip: when you get there, ask for Gasteiner card, there are good deals all over the place with that card.

The accomodation was in a newly reconstructed rooms. Beds were good, all you can eat breakfast. What we liked was heated ski room and possibility to buy dinner (you make reservation at the breakfast for 18 EUR main cours, soup and cake). The staff was very friendly and nice. Cleaning was daily. Rooms were spacious, well heated.

It looks revonstruction is not fully done yet, we were missing functional fridge in the room, but it seems they are working on it and should be available soon.

A good continental style breakfast. Clean and warm hotel, staff friendly. Great showers in room. We'd def use again.

Rooms not large, and we'd reserved one 3-bed room for two of us (just for the extra space), but didn't get it - and in fact were questioned why we wanted three when only two of us! At breakfast, sitting tables were numbered, but we never knew where we were from one day to the other... overall though, we'd go again.

We were warmly welcomed by Davor, a genuinely kind and helpful person who went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and was always available if we needed anything. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience The hotel was perfect for our short stay in the Gastein Area in summer.

Friendly and helpful staff. We needed to leave at 4am to catch a train to Salzburg and they made us a delicious lunch pack to take with us. This was most unexpected but an extremely welcome gesture. Just an example of the way the hotel goes above and beyond expectations to make our stay enjoyable.

Very friendly and helpful young lady at reception, she was Latvian but spoke excellent english, so made it very easy for us. She also made an excellent Aperol spritzer! The room was spacious enough, very clean, comfortable bed. We enjoyed having a kettle in the room for a cup of tea. Breeakfast was very good, plenty of choice.

A fridge in the room would have been good.

The breakfast was delicious, one of the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten. Location is amazing, the view from the window and in the city is breathtaking. Staff was so kind, every day we felt that someone is taking care of us, the communication with them was easy. They know the best hiiking trails in this region, we are thankful to them. This is the place where can enjoy vacation for 100%. Thanks Simader!

The garden, the diverse breakfast buffet and the flexibility of the staff were amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean en freshly renovated as well, all with balcony.

Nothing! The location was a 10 minute walk from supermarket and trainstation and maybe a 20 minute walk from the city centre as expected.

Minimalist and a touch of modern design has its own charm , comfortable bedding and clean rooms. Close to the city centre, everything is reachable by bicycles or walking around. Lots of restaurants and outdoor activities. Our highlight is the Waterfall middle of the city is must to see!
