Overwhelmed by choice at breakfast. Sadly after feasting the night before, and being rushed by friend to skiing, I never had the the time or appetite to indulge in the wonderful spread. Continental and cooked, everything you could wish for, including a delicious cappuccino. Staff warm, welcoming, there to help with a smile. If I'd not been so busy skiing, I'd love to have sat on the balcony and watched the skiing world go by. Good ski boot room, and a lovely hot bath to come home to. Would have liked there to be evening restaurant. Would also have enjoyed bar more if not out eating - or so tired from skiing (but Im an older guest). Bernhard very kindly helped out when we couldn't get a taxi when we needed one.

Charming, older hotel. Very clean, very well run. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms with balconies are especially nice. Views everywhere, though. Patio seating was great. Close to a full-size grocery store (Spar). Clsoe to train station and bus stops. Over all, a very good place to stay and reasonably priced.

Wifi was essentially non-existent. Mentioned this to hotel manger but no improvement was made. Since my stay was business-related, without a wifi connection my colleagues (15) and I had a hard time getting our work done..

The hotel is modern and clean. It lies within a short walking distance from the railway station, the Felsentherme and a supermarket. We were upgraded from the attic room to the ground floor one which was nice and spacious. The buffet breakfast was delicious, food was a really good quality. Both the young ladies who seemed to be running the entire hotel on their own were very nice, helpful and efficient.

You do get some traffic noise as the hotel is just off the main road. Also, though it might have been an oversight, soft boiled eggs served cold didn’t seem a great idea to us ;)

The staff was super welcoming and accommodating, we could safely store our bikes, breakfast was excellent and price-to-quality ratio was one of the best I've come across in Austria. There is also a supermarket right across the street.

We booked a double room but got a twin one which was also smaller because of an attic-style layout. At the end, it was not a big deal as we were only passing through and stayed for one night. Besides, the receptionist explained that it sometimes happens due to a system mix up, so perhaps it's just worth double checking once you book.

We absolutely love this hotel! The room was very charming, clean and with one of the most beautiful views we've seen. Breakfast was top quality one, staff was very friendful and wi-fi was working with no issues. There is a room with common fridge as well, so you can store your products there, if needed. Location - 3-4 minutes by foot to railway station, 10 min walk to city center.

The location of this property is ideal and convenient with a great view of the mountains. Our room was very light and spacious with good bedding.

The check-in times and process were not too clear upon making the booking and it turned out there was a lock box, luckily someone was there to help us at the time we arrived. The shower head in our over the bath shower was cracked and sprayed water in all directions when we showered with required a bit of manoeuvring but we made it work. Probably needs replacing. I think it would also be nice to include a 'no cleaning' door sign in the room as we had the cleaner walk into our room on both days we were there whist we were still sleeping. I think it would also be better to have give the option to include /exclude breakfast as we had to pay for it even though we didn't use it.

The hotel is located in the upper part of Bad Gastein, not far from the train station, about a kilometer from the city center. An advantage is a large supermarket a short distance from the hotel. The room was clean, nicely furnished, we had a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was good. A benefit for us was the option to lock our bikes in a room inside the hotel.

It is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and management. The location is excellent with only 5 5-minute walk to the ski lift and the Therme. Breakfast was good. Eggs and sausages were freshly prepared every morning. Fresh bread and coffee were served. The management of the hotel and the staff did an excellent job.

The hotel and our room were very nice. Our family felt very comfortable. There is a supermarket right next door & in just a few minutes you can be in the center of Bad Gastein.

Dogs are allowed in the hotel, but not in the restaurant for breakfast. We didn't know that. An exception was made. Thank u for that! Our dog was calm the whole time. At the next table, a toddler screamed for about 1.5 hours non stop.

The staff was nice Breakfast was very nice The place is very close to the train station and the main bus stops The hotel has a self service room to make coffee or tea and with microwave.

The wifi was not good. I mainly used my mobile network for connectivity. Some managing aspects of the hotel can be improved upon.
