The hotel is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The room had a spacious terrace, and during the summer nights it was pleasantly cool for sleeping. The gondola is located right next to the hotel, which is extremely convenient. The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help.

It was more on us and our questionable fitness level – hiking uphill felt like an extreme sport we hadn’t signed up for! ;)

The staff is very nice and the food was amazing.

The hotel is directly at the cable car entrance. Wellness area has great Saunas. The staff was super friendly. Great view from the room.

Food from the daily set menu was not always extraordinary but we were told that we could have also chosen another dish from the regular menu.

This hotel is a perfect 10. Gorgeous location, friendly staff, excellent food, spectacular view. I especially enjoyed the spa and cool pool in the evening after sauna. The nights are quiet guaranteeing a good sleep.

Beautiful, quiet, secluded location by the mountain, with expedited access to the Gastein valley and the mountains. Excellent base for a summer mountain escape.

A good location for touring the area, a very comfortable and well planned room, excellent breakfast with a large selection of products. Staff was attentive.

The door of our shower was leaking and was not fixed properly until the end of our stay (4 days)..

The hotel was quiet. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner. I was satisfied and would choose the hotel again :) I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is great! Personal is super friendly, it was indeed a pleasure to stay there. They provided all required information and really took care about our stay! Snack was available in the afternoon, besides that, sauna is fully renovated with amazing view to the mountains! If you prefer hiking or skiing it is a perfect place for it, because you can find cable railway next to the hotel door! Dinner and breakfast were delicious, you can find for the breakfast everything one could need, for dinner one can choose between meet and vegetarian menu!

One small remark, if you are fan of high temperature sauna, as my boyfriend, you won't find it there. Max temperature was around 85 degrees.

The view of the surrounding mountains is amazing. The food is delicious and there is an afternoon snack each day. The waiters are really professional and kind.

The lack of any music in the restaurant area is a bit weird.
