Our room was really nice and spacious and super clean! Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, we had a fantastic time. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We decided to have dinner at the hotel every evening because we simply loved the food and it’s so reasonably priced. We brought our dog as well and she had a great time too :) dogs can stay for an extra charge but it’s well worth it. We will definitely be back next time we go to Austria!

- very clean and spacious rooms and facilities - attention to detail and traditional Austrian decor - great variety of food for breakfast - possibility to choose half-board - interesting menus for dinner, great food representation - quiet and great location close to a cable car and hiking trail - welcoming hosts that speak English - possibility to stay with a dog - free and spacious parking on site - presence of wellness and kids area, although we didn’t use them

- some food during the breakfast was ‘recycled’ from the day before. While it’s per se sustainable, suggest to check and refresh the breads, as well as the look of the fruits and veggies - pillows and mattresses were too soft and uncomfy (personal preference) - lack of places to relax outside of the hotel, would love to have a few comfy sun beds / armchairs to enjoy the weather - a lot of attention from the hosts, sometimes we just wanted to be low-key and not being closely observed re our whereabouts - would be great to have more flexibility regarding dinner menus (for example, to opt out of certain courses or add extras) - lack of clear communication on the extra charges for dogs (15-30 euros) - an electrical car charger would come handy

Superb location, very clean common rooms, facilities and guest-room. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent service, wonderful breakfast.

- Wifi is hopelessly slow and runs on an insufficient netwerk system with an inadequate security protocol. - The suite (206) has a spacious bathroom, sadly it only offers a large bath which is unfit for taking a shower. - The balcony is shared with 2 other rooms. We felt that separations would have added to our privacy.

One of the best accomodations we have ever been to. Extremely comfortable family hotel, exceptionally nice staff (the whole family takes care of you), location right next to the lift station, and delicious, extraordinary breakfast and dinner. The big thumbs up.

This is really the best example how a family hotel should be managed. Our stay there was flawless! Everything was just perfect. Cleaness, room, beds, the place itself are great! The food there is awesome. You can eat whatever you think about for breakfest (we have the best crummbled eggs in my life). And dinner? Find dinning! Owners are really nice and helpful. I hope we will come back!

Beautiful view of the surroundings, quiet place, very good food - breakfast and dinner. Extra pillow added on request. Pleasant service in the restaurant, homely atmosphere.

Every day the same menu of the salad bar (no menu changes), only eggs in the hot breakfast (no sausages), too soft beds with slatted slats without the possibility of adjustment. The room was smaller and without a sofa (it did not match the picture of the room when ordering).

Alex, Robert and Brigitte are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very cosy and the breakfast and diner are fabulous! The “Edelweiß bzw. Großglockner Suite” is very spacious with a nice corner.

Saunas and the refreshments in the wellness rest room were great. The multi-course menu was a lovely experience and well worth the price.

Everything the best location the best staff amazing breakfast views and hotel was top notch. We are on our Honeymoon for 2 months this and this is our highlight ! Thank you so much we will hopefully return
