It was a nice new hotel, great for overnight stay if you are traveling. Close to the high-way, with fast food and petrol station in front of the hotel. I could go back in the future. Staff able to provide solutions (even though remotely).

The system with the self check-in, didn't work really well. Not sure if it was a problem of the key-card or the lock of the door but at the end we never managed to get inside the room. After several attempts and phone calls, with the help of the staff, they redirected us to a different room and everything was fine. We had the feeling that some of the rooms where used for prostitution. Not clear. Maybe the manager should do some site inspections from time to time.

Staff at Restaurant not so polite,we come there to visit friends who where sitting there, we ordered prosseco,waited 20 minutes, after 20 minutes came staff and said we are closing you Need to leave in 10 minutes, we asked sorry where is the glass of prosseco we are waiting for, she said sorry we dont have, after 20 minutes of waiting, Okey we said no worries so maybe some wine, she said sorry now we are closed. We there more than 20 minutes Waiting on drink, which we didnt even get (thats fine they didnt have but why she came after 20minutes?)we travel a Lot around world also on vacation or on dogshows, bit sad because never this happend to us before.

It was clean and easy to check in. Very modern. Good parking lot.

The sixth floor windows do not open. Windows on other floors do open. That meant that our room was very hot with no way to let cool air in. There is a thermostat on the wall, but it is useless. There is no air conditioning. The shower door is see-through into the room. The toilet door is open on top so you can hear everything that is going on in there. Definitely only appropriate room for a couple or an individual.

everything was perfect room great cleanliness . Now We have an apartment that is also equipped with everything we need especially when we have to stay longer . It's a hotel located very close to the highway, it's a hotel where we find the lobby downstairs and the possibility to heat some food taken from the vending machine.

Related to why I would like to score customer service related to the messages given . We have a rather late response from many or maybe after 6 hours, an answer that probably comes when we don't need it anymore and we're probably gone. Everything else … all perfect👌🏿

The hotel is next to A1 motorway, near Linz. It is pet-friendly. It has a lot of parking lots around the building, even covered ones and many with electric charger. The check-in was completely automatic and easy, at a machine, by scanning your documents. There is a big common area downstairs, with vending machines (drinks, food). The building has 7 floors with a lift. Our room was very clean and looked new with modern furniture. The bed and the pillows very comfortable. There was central heating and electric shutter. It is strange that the bathroom and the toilet has glass doors. You can't hear any noise from outside with closed windows.

There is no fridge/minibar in the room. The central heating makes humming noise all day and night.

Easily accessible hotel, modern, clean and quiet, with big parking area. The check-in was fast and easy. The lakes are close and you can take easily daily excursions from here. The food and beverage machines are very good idea at the reception area. Good choice on reasonable price, absolutely positive experience.

Just small reflections: the light in the hall is motion sensitive, and a bit too sensitive and very strong, which can easily wake you up at night if somebody moves towards the door (or shines brightly in your eyes, if you go out). This could be dimmed or change to a traditional switch. A second key would be good (possibly at check-in the machine could ask about your preferences in line with the key). A wine- and can opener for the kitchen would be useful.

The self checkin was very easy to do and we were quickly in our room. The room really exceeded our expectations. It seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. The design was very nice and we had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and even though this hotel is right next to the highway we did not hear a single sound. Not only is the sound isolation great from the outside, we didn't hear any neighbors either which means the soundproofing is very good or we just didn't have any neighbors. In any case the stay was very comfortable. There was free parking right next to the building.

Overall we had a pleasurable stay but if we could improve something we would ask for a separate soap and shampoo in the shower just for a better experience. Also, the toilet room is separated from the main room only by a glass door with a gap near the ceiling. It could be that some "natural sounds" can be heard in the room when using the toilet. The hotel only has a vending machine downstairs which could be a problem for someone who expects a hotel breakfast but there is a fast food restaurant a hundred meters away. There is also a nice bakery in the vicinity that can be reached on foot (15 min) or by car (5 min).

We were amazed about the check-in process! There's no check-in desk, there's a machine at the entrance, so you can arrive there any time (in our case it was after midnight). Everything was neat and comfortable. We appreciated the coffee machine in the room, too!

When you enter the shower, there are no hooks or places to put your towels and clothes. When you travel as friends, it's not very comfortable because as soon as you get out from the shower, everything is very visible. Also, doors to the shower and WC do not cover the entire wall, so in case you use the bathroom, all the smells enter the room.

On one hand, this is a low-budget, no-staff, no-frills hotel - one doesn't really expect high-level amenities or comforts. Check-in is completed at a funky terminal... Enter your information, a door card pops out. That said, I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed, the amount of space in the room, and the simple but effective accoutrements in the room (well designed use of technology to make for a comfortable stay).

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. For a place to stop when on a road trip, eee brand hotels are now on the top of my list when in Europe.

Very clean, modern, and new motel. Conveniently located just off the motorway, with a gas station, grocery store, and fast food restaurant very close by. Reasonably priced, with lots of parking. Check-in was fully automated and simple. This is certainly not a "destination" hotel, but if you are looking for someplace to stop for the night between Salzburg and Graz, it's the best thing going for ~100 km in either direction.

We couldn't figure out how to get the beer-vending machine how to work. (It's age restricted, but the instructions on how to prove one's age were unclear to this semi-conversant German speaker, and it ate our 2 euros.)
