A wonderful universe in nature. The room with the balcony looks into the mountain landscape. We had a great time. A worthwhile and relatively cheap dinner.

Option for coffee in the room. machine and hot water to make tea.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself is well-maintained and the staff incredibly friendly, our experience was marred by an unexpected and disruptive renovation project. Just before our arrival, they began renovating the outdoor swimming pool, which made mornings unbearable due to loud construction noise. The noise also drastically altered the view from our room, replacing the serene mountainscape with a construction site. The hotel did offer a small discount for the inconvenience, but had we known about the renovation before booking, we would have considered canceling our stay entirely. Unfortunately, we weren’t given that option, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast and dinner were both enjoyable, and the property itself is charming. Still, the noise and the construction site view significantly impacted our overall experience.

1. Not all facilities listed on booking as "free of charge" are really free. Forget about free manicure, body treatments, beauty services and foot bath. 2. The staff at the reception is super pushy and insist on you to take a dinner at their restaurant or book an appointment for the beauty treatments. This is an extremely intimidating experience if you don't really want to use it. 3. This is not a place that has a "customer-first" approach. I ordered a beauty treatment because I thought it's for free but when I learned it's not, I have it canceled. I was still charged 20 eur for the cancelation fee. Discussions with the staff took me the whole day, I had to contact booking.com support and as I write this review this issue is still unresolved. Extremely disappointing and spoiled our whole stay. 4. I decided to try the restaurant during one evening. I brought my chledren along. I was asked if I want to oder a dinner for them as well. I refused because the menu does not contain any items suitable for kids and there is no special price for children. It doesn't make any sense for kids to have a 4 course dinner! Still, my refusal was met with a raised eyebrow. 5. The staff is nice and polite as long as there is no problem. In case there is a problem to resolve they don't follow the "customer is always right" principle and start blaming customers. 6. Although I ordered a dinner at a single evening only, my total bill included dinner for two days. The staff insisted I actually had two dinners, which was not true. I suggest to carefully check all the bills issued by the reception. 7. Our room had a problem with heating which was never resolved. Despite our requests the main rediator was off. 8. Minor: there are no kettle or cups in the room. I asked for one and got it but this is not included by default.

Good value for money, friendliness, modern, clean, nice hotel, next to ski bus stop. Huge modern spa. Interesting food.

For EV owners: The hotel has three Tesla chargers which sounds great, but the issue is the way of operation and readyness (no automatization, no process, no reservation system, requiring a lot of human time and waiting - long waiting at the reception desk where there is usually nobody, then the receptionist arrives but the line of people will show up, then you will ask for charging EV, they will confirm its possible, you go to the garage but the charger is occupied, you are waiting, you are waiting, then you will get a charger that is not working because its not enough power in the system even for 5A charging => rather go to charge outside the hotel and you will save a lof of time). To get operational charging before my checkout, it took 3 hours going back and forth in the evening and morning. Spa - closes at 8 pm, so you need to go there before dinner.
