Good hearty food for breakfast and dinner. Sauna in the hotel. Ski room with shoe dryers.

I did not like the service provided by booking.com. I looked for accomodation for family of 5 and booking made us book two separate rooms. On arrival it turned out that the first room is an appartment with two bedrooms of two and three beds which is all we needed. We ended up staying all of us together in the appartment because the other room was in a building 200m away. So we had to pay extra for something we did not need. I sent an email to booking.com at they did not bother to respond (it has been almost two weeks now).

The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room, great kitchen, easy access and parking and great bathroom and cleanliness. The staff was amazing. I fell quite sick during my stay and they were super helpful with everything including bringing special food to the room for remedy. The SPA area is amazing!

I got a heavy food poisoning during my stay but I doubt this was relevant to the hotel. Everything else was great.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room. It was very conveniently situated and the view was fantastic. Very quiet. We were given a Summer Card which saved us about 120 Euro per person for the 8 days for going to attractions

There was nothing not to like.at the hotel or the surroundings.

We stayed in Egger Gästehaus in Annex Appartement, very comfortable, spacious and modern furnished place. The breakfast was better than expected, near by to the ski bus station, located in the center of Rauris.

It is in the centre of the city. The bed is big and comfortable, it was nice to sleep in. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The room overlooks the church, where even with the window closed you can still hear the bells ringing at 6am and 10pm. It was very hot in the room and the window had to be kept closed because of the bells. The kitchen closes at 7 pm.

The breakfast was excellent and the facilities are extremely good. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet. The real plus, though, is the location: ideal for a visit to the Grossglockner and for the interesting parts of the National Park. The "guest card" gives free entry to a number of attractions in the area. Highly recommended.

We have stayed there before and would be happy to do so again. The only slight reservation concerns the evening menu, which (typically for the area) does not cater paarticularly well to vegetarians.

Great family ski resort nearby! The hotel is located right in the village center, with a SPA and parking close by. An exceptional place for families!

The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location, nestled in the heart of the Alps, was simply breathtaking. Surrounded by majestic peaks and pristine nature, it was a true paradise. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat

Good value for.the money, nothing is missing.

Hotel restaurant closed Monday to Wednesday. Only one outside place available with kitchen open at 21.00 - good to know if you're thinking about late check-in.

Hotel for good price in the center, perfect sauna included in price. One minus is that in front of the hotel is a church. Around 6:45 is ringing😁 but maybe good time for breakfast at 7:30
