The hotel was perfect. Very well run family hotel. All staff were warm, friendly and attentive. Everything was kept exceptionally clean. This includes all the public areas such as the toilets, the sauna and the spa area. It runs a complimentary shuttle service that takes guests to the lifts and back (only 5 min ride away but a lot easier by car). There was a good selection of food. Breakfast offer was excellent. The room was spacious with good storage space, a balcony and a bath. There was an evening entertainment on one of the nights with a local musician - Peter W., which was excellent. He got everyone dancing. There is a kids club for non-skiers but we didn't use it as our daughter went to a ski school. We had a fabulous holiday. Thank you!

Everything was great. I guess the one observation from ski holidays in Austria is that it is not very vegetarian/vegan friendly. This is not exclusive to the hotel. All the places we stopped for lunch on the slopes were lovely, but served traditional Austrian food, which is very meat (mostly pork) centred. If one was following a vegan or vegetarian diet, it would be quite challenging as there aren't that many good quality options on the menu.

Quality of hotel very good. Staff excellent. Would really recommend for families especially. Construction of hotel meant that you could not hear guests in other rooms above or showering for instance!

Being very picky the location was a little out of town. This would not have mattered if there had been enough snow to skiing back to hotel, which can be the case. Otherwise the shuttle bus was required which was only a call away.

They have THE nicest staff, service, reception, housekeeping, polite, friendly, responsive. Austrian friendliness at its finest even in the last week of the season!! Nice saunas, quiet area, and also nicely equipped gym. The room was quiet and huge. Everything was superb!

They could have had a midnight snack for people who missed the whole day of food and a five course dinner ... just kidding! Shout-out to the barkeeper who safed us with NicNacs ;-)

A beautiful family run hotel. Very cosy, full of personal touches. Staff were amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful with a good variety. The spa area is excellent. The all inclusive is great value, and the clientele reflect the values of the hotel. We met some really lovely people there.

I really liked the atmosphere and the staff of the Hotel Die Sonne. Greetings to Anastasia, Danijel, Biljana :) The room was quite big and very clean. Only the pillows were not comfortable at all, like in every hotel 😃 The food was tasty, but breakfast can be tastier! Overall our stay was great and we will come back for sure!

A good variety at breakfast and well looked after at dinner. At first we thought the location might be less convenient but the shuttles are a good solution and the location of the hotel is nice and peaceful at night for a perfect nights' sleep. The hotelbedding is great!

Lighting in the lobby/bar are could be a little less bright in the evenings.

Super friendly, great food, free taxi shuttles to the slopes, and all that luxury without losing the family touch! Really a treasure …

This family run hotel is an absolute gem. They genuinely care about the comfort and happiness of their guests. We travelled with our 2 year old son and he used the creche in the mornings, it was fantastic, the room was huge, the level of cleanliness was exceptional and the care and attention to detail from the staff made our 1st family holiday since covid one to remember. Thank you for having us Die Sonne, we will be back xxxx

Just a bit too hot inside the hotel.

This is a very good hotel, with high standards and really nice personnel.

The location was not good - and the walk to the town along the main road was not nice. The hotel offers a nice shuttle, however, but only until 5 pm.

All aspects were exceptional
