Location near main road and train rail - we needed ear plugs for early morning noise. Dishwasher could be serious upgrade... Lack of AC was a challange upon heat wave. Fitness area: Recommend to add AC (very hot) and few more fitness devices such as trademill.

Very beautiful and peaceful location near the lake. Our room was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Staff was very kind and helpful. We liked the underground parking garage and card access to all facilities. Pool area was also nice and clean as well as sauna which has relax room just next to the lake.

Excellent property with breathtaking location and views. Terrace is very spacious , you just want to sit there , enjoy breakfast or a drink and just..look. and look. and look at the views and lake some more. Apartament is very well supplied with everything you need, there is no stove , but you have induction plates to cook. Plenty of restaurants nearby (italian, austrian, mexican cuisine..)in Steindorf or nearby Bodensdorf, most with fresh delicious fishes from the Ossiacher See. SPAR supermarkt very close by car. Beach is out of a dream:).Whole property is overflowing with colorful flowers. Pets are loved by staff and are very welcome for small fee. Director Mario was very helpful and sympathic guy! We will definitely be back!

Underground parking is a challenge, but there is plenty of parking space above , so it is a very minor problem.There is nothing really that one can seriously complain about , its pure holiday enjoyment there in a breathtaking Carinthia:)

The hotel is much more beautiful than the description on the site. The services are wonderful. The breakfast is varied and excellent. As for the staff, it was the best ever. I did not have it in all my travels, even in five-star hotels. A wonderful and cooperative team that strives to serve the customer in the best way.

Everything was excellent, spacious app, excellent breakfast, pool and sauna, hotel offers a garage, great location, 10 min away from the Kanzelbahn, 20 min from Villach, close to the autobahn.

Great location near lake. Perfectly clean, fully equipped kitchen. Absolutely amazing breakfast we could pick and take to the room. We have enjoyed eating on the terrace having a lake view. Taking pool and sauna followed with a sunset view relax by the lake was breathtaking.

They gave us an upgrade, without us even requesting for it. I prenotated a room without a view of the lake, and to our surprise, they gave us the room directly facing the lake. It is really a gift for us. They do not know that it is our wedding anniversary. The staff is so friendly, food is very nice and abundant, and the whole facility is well-maintained.

The parking is not guarded, but still the place is very safe and tranquil.

The place is exceptional, both the staff and the facilities..

Nothing we did not like, perhaps a dishwasher would be useful in case future investments but it's not a negative at all.

One thing to consider is maybe a reservation system for the saunas when the hotel is booked out, so that you get the best and most relaxing experience.
