We had free room upgrade and got a spacious room with a fantastic lake view. The room was clean and bright, the bad was comfortable, we had a very nice sleep there. The breakfast buffet gave plenty of choice. Every member of the stuff we met was nice and very friendly. If you happen to be there on Wednesday get yourself prepared for a live music coming from the local market, which we personally didn't mind.

The road through Ossiach is coming right under the window, it could be annoying if a large group of motorbikers is passing by. But in the night time the road is mostly quiet.

Gasthof zur post was a good value, and in a good location. The people were very friendly and the restaurant was the most popular place in town, which is probably a good sign.

The ambient temp was extremely high, even though outside was <20C. I had my windows wide open the whole stay in order to sleep. thankfully there were no mosquitos!

Clean place, great location with loads of activities within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff! Lovely food in the restaurant, very decent breakfast buffet.

Basic room, no appliances, I would love to have a mini fridge at least (or hot water for coffee).

The hotel located a few minutes walk from an Ossiach lake shore. Simple room with small bathroom. Very good breakfast. The restaurant within the building with very satisfactory menu. Nice and helpful stuff. We spent just one night on a trip to Italy and it was quite good shot. Not sure if i I would like to spend more days.

The location is really amazing and close to the lake just 5 min walking and almost everything we need was available !!

The host (Sabine) and the staff were great. Location superb , it's close to lake and restaurants. Breakfast and evening meal good. Terrace out front for a drink/meal of an evening. Sabine was very kind when we needed a little help.

Extremly nice location with a view to the lake and the mountains. The staff is very kind and helpful they are always smiling. Its restaurant is nice.

We stayed at the villa. It was amazing. Overlooking the lake very peaceful. The hotel restaurant offers very good food.

Tourism starts after may 9.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. They really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Also, the food was excellent. Can only recommend!
