This place is truly special. Villa is old, beautifully restored. Our room had a great view on the lake. Villa has their own sauna and private spot near the lake which was really cool. Located near bike paths, running paths, really cool. We travel a lot and this is one of the best places that we have ever been.

Only thing which gives me anxiety is the fast road located in front, so with a small kid I need to make sure that gate is closed.

Location was perfect, right next to the cabelcar, walking distance. Our apartment was really clean, and staff was great too! With your stay you get a free S bahn ticket so you can make a short train trip to Villach, train station is also few minutes walking distance. They also have a small area right next to the lake, with sauna. Really nice place for short vacation!

Cleanliness, utilities, locations. We went for a two day ski trip and all was amazing. Located close to cable car for a ski resort it’s perfect for some looking for an accommodation in a valley instead on the mountain. We were in garden house 3 and it’s amazing, highly recommended. We also had a one request and communication went smoothly. We’re coming back soon definitely.

The property is as good or better than the photos. The Zorn family and staff are very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast as first class with a large variety of local produce. In 2 days we managed to fit in a swim and SUP at the private beach, went for a hike at Gerlitzen, and borrowed the Marienhof bikes for a ride around the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer… there is so much to do.

The place is perfectly fitted in a very wonderful property, you have a private parking and heartworming landscapes. Also, you are literally 50m away from the cable car heading to the top of the nearby mountain. The room was spaciuos and Lady Veronika help us with the baby bed even in late evening. The breakfast is gorgeous as well as the personnel. Sure a place worth a second visit!

Too short our stay!

Cozy and warm, spacious apartment with all you need. All necessary appliances in the kitchen. After skiing we enjoyed relaxing afternoons with a glass of beer on the balcony with the lake view. Close to the ski lift. Safe parking next to the door. Very dog friendly. Staff is nice, polite and friendly

The Hotel is in superb location, equipped with everything You would need to have a great active holiday. (Hiking, biking, bathing ... etc.) Breakfast is excellent and with great selection from local producers. The private beach on Ossiachersee is something really special and offers full comfort for relaxing. Staff was always very friendly and helpful and special thanks to Angelika for her kind help. We will definitely go back here again, if possible.

Beautiful appartments, so closed to cable, just 2 min walk, amazing view on the lake, sauna as a benefit, possibility to have a breakfast (but we did not try), play room for children, childchairs for the babies. Perfectly clean, kitchen well equiped.

Main road just beside the villa, some bedrooms heading to it are quite noisy at night, but not big problem.

Great location (one resort was literally just around the corner), excellent service, a great apartment, and a reasonable price. There was a dedicated space to store skis and skiing shoes. Sometimes the internal parking was busy and you had to park outside the hotel but there was a dedicated parking area as well. I will come back here for sure! Note: If you plan to come with a dog, you will be charged with an additional fee of ~9-16EUR, depending on the size.

Nothing particular, everything was great.

Apartment was spacey and comfy, had everything we needed and the staff thought of everything. They were super friendly too. Location is perfect for skiing, just a short walk from the Kanzelbahn gondola.
