I appreciated the spaciousness of the junior suite, the relaxing spa, and the tranquility of the apartments. The hotel offers a variety of areas to enjoy, including the spa, sauna, lounging room, and rooftop. The view of the lake and mountains is gorgeous, and the soothing sounds of birds singing enhance the serene atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond expectations. The ample space throughout the hotel provides numerous opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Additionally, the neighborhood offers plenty to see, with stunning options for sunbathing by the lake and walking in the mountains. This makes it an ideal choice for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

Upon arrival, I was initially allocated a room on the first floor with a view of a field, which was somewhat disappointing. However, after speaking with the receptionist and requesting a change, we were moved to a junior suite that met all our needs for a week-long holiday. The view from the new room was outstanding, and the well-designed space, complete with a water bed, compensated for the lack of air conditioning, despite the outside temperature being 30°C. I would definitely return if visiting Austria again.

Nice / comfortable / clean triple room with a big balcony facing to the mountains with a bit lake view. Personal were very friendly and nice. Free parking direct in front of the hotel. I want to mention specifically all kitchen appliances were there including enough of crockery & cutlery, dishwasher which made the stay much easier. We hadn't B'fast so no comment on that aspect. We have enjoyed the stay and will recommend the hotel apartment to our friends.

The balcony is very big unfortunately you cannot sit there when raining as all water fell through wooden sunshade.

The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen provides everything you need, and the upstairs balcony is lovely. We also liked being in walking distance to a nice cafe where we could sit outside and eat breakfast (Bäckerei-Cafe Winkl).

I thought the pictures made the surrounding area look a bit more beautiful than it actually was. The lake was indeed stunning but more visible were the train tracks in front of the hotel. It also felt more crowded into the surroundings than I expected from the pictures.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was very nice. Good location with nice terrace at the lake, with lost of sunbeds and a paddle boat. Breakfast was good and dinner at the restaurant was amazing

The room was very hot and colder air from outside didnt really come in, even after opening de balcony doors. There was a ventilator

Quaint Location. Proximity to train station. S Paul's restaurant at groubd floor ( don't expect budget food), private swimming area at lake and facilities.

There is little ventilation in bedroom. The pedestal fan is not enough. If the door between bedroom and Living room is kept shut, the bedroom gets unbearably stuffy.

We stayed in a spacious apartment with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Free parking is available near the hotel. St.Paul's restaurant on the first floor was exceptional, boasting attentive staff and sumptuous meals. Both breakfast and dinner were truly delightful.

Everything was great the apartment was new and clean, well equipped and nicely decorated with a beautiful mountain view from the bedroom, living room and balcony!! I booked for the 3 pax and the sofa bed was nice and comfortable too

The private beach was great! And the fact that our dog was allowed, also! We loved the food and atmosphere in the hotel´s restaurant. Many thanks to the lovely lady (unfortunately, I don´t remember her name) who served our table. She was very nice and spoke a bit of Czech with us which made us feel welcome.

The trains passing by the hotel can sometimes be noisy, especially during night, early morning :(( The cleaning person didn´t clean the floor in the apartment and no broom was available to do it by myself.

Clean rooms and friendly staffs. If the train station is working then it will be more convenient. However I am not sure whether it will be quite by then. The breakfast is popular apparently, many people and the food is fresh, but a bit slow for refill.

There is no enough fan in the room. The room is so hot compare to outside at night…

The apartment was tidy and neat. Cooking meals was easy with the stovetop, included cookware, fridge, and dishwasher. The breakfast was tasty (and a decent value for an adult, but perhaps not for picky children). The balcony was a welcome addition and provided great views as well. The laundry room was a welcome addition since we were a good week into our trip. The private beach was a welcome addition too.

The only thing that could have been better would be the inclusion of an additional fan. The weather was quite warm and without AC, we could have used another fan.
