I loved their professionalism towards family guests, All of the staff was quit supportive and helping in all aspects, SPECIALLY #Azer, he helped us to check in earlier then our booking time, helped us to shift our luggage, Airport shuttle arrangements, locations of nice hotels for family dinning. I was therewith the kids, wgo are really naughty, but they dealt with us with great patience and treated them with kindness. We really felt like, we are at home. No strange feelings at all. ( highly recommended hotel for families and even for couples).

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the Old City in Baku. My room on the top floor was very quiet (I'm a light sleeper and appreciate that the hotel staff could accommodate my request), spacious, and comfortable. It was for the first time that I had a soft mattress, which my back appreciated. Shower had a great water pressure, toiletries (shampoo and shower get), towels were pristine white. Sink was convenient and of descent size. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choices: jams, honey, yogurt; two varieties of hard cheeses and 3-4 of soft (spreadable) cheeses. Eggs (boiled, omelette), white bread, sausage, a huge heap of herbs with a cucumber and tomato, cookies, sweets, and hot/cold drinks. It was truly filling. And Azer will make sure that you are happy with your breakfast. The biggest asset and value of this hotel is its staff--Azer and another lad whose name, unfortunately, I didn't inquire about. Both are so incredibly helpful, considerate, and kind individuals. The first guy carried my luggage to the top floor of hotel (this being the Old city recognized as UNESCO heritage site, installation of elevators is not allowed/possible). Upon check out, Azer, for instance, volunteered to help me out as I was moving from hotel to a nearby rental apartment. He carried my 20kg luggage from the top floor of the hotel and then for a nearly half kilometer to the new location. This is unbelievably kind and wonderful service. Azer, you are the kindest person that I have encountered during my 30 years of international travel. If I come back to Baku, I'm, without a doubt, staying in this hotel. Thank you, thank you so very much for making my stay in Baku so wonderful!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, etc., which made getting around the city very convenient. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm and helpful attitude really enhanced the overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my visit. For the price, I felt this hotel offered great value for money. It’s a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay without overspending. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

My husband and I had a truly lovely stay at the Two Seasons boutique Hotel in Baku. From the warm welcome to the spotless rooms, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, and a special thanks goes to Ajaz, who was especially helpful throughout our stay—always ready with a smile and great local tips that made our trip even better. The English breakfast each morning was a delight—fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. The hotel’s attention to cleanliness and comfort really stood out, making it feel like a home away from home. Azerbaijan itself was amazing—so welcoming and full of charm. We left with beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for the hospitality we received. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful and heartwarming stay.

The very good thing it is located in Old City itself. Walking distance to Nizami st and to all tourist spots. They make sure everyday our room is well maintained and clean. We booked a room with balcony overlooking the flame towers, unwined during the night😀. A special thanks to the hotel receptionists, Ali and Javid, they were really very hospitable, helpful and polite. As well as to the cook, Aksar, who prepared our everyday healthy breakfast even it was all same menu every morning we never got bored with the food. It was an excellent stay at Two Seasons Boutique Hotel, you guys deserve 10/10 ratings👏.

I would highly recommend this hotel! - Hotel location is perfect: in the beautiful old town. Everything within Old town, Nizami street, Baku Promenade and Highland Park are within walking distance. Old city Metro station is near to the hotel in case we want to travel to attractions not within walking distance. - Room was big and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay and good sleep during my 3 nights in Baku. Heating was perfect and balcony was cute offering views to the Flame towers - Staff were lovely: Leyla, Javid, Yousef and one more (forgot the name) - Breakfast was sumptuous and filling. I always had a good start to the day thanks to the breakfast. Also, breakfast is served from 7:30 am unlike 8:00 am which I liked a lot - Leyla and the hotel staff also helped me book a day trip to Guba and Khinaliq in Caucasus Mountains which was amazing

The location of the hotel is just awesome: all the places of interest in the Old City are just 5-10 mins by foot, there are several good restaurants nearby, it's easy to get out to the most crowded streets with the bustling night life, but you still stay in the quiet place. The room is simple but cozy, everything necessary is here, rooms are clean and well maintained. Btw, it was warm in the room in Feb. Cleaning was done every day. What should be mentioned in bold is the exceptionally polite and helpful personnel of the hotel. If you plan to stay in Baku - I strongly advise this hotel.

Small boutique hotel in the middle of the old town. Rooms on the fourth floor (no elevator) very spacious and equipped with kettle, fridge and daily tea bags and mineral water. Wireless Internet Access and TV worked perfectly. Comfortable mattress in the double bed. Breakfast is prepared individually. Coffee excellent, however fruit juices were not available. The staff are very friendly and attentive, but not everyone speaks English. On the other hand I would particularly like to mention "Johnny", who even spoke excellent German. Finally it should be mentioned that the hotel is not recommended during the Formula 1 season, as the old town is closed to cars and taxis and hermetically sealed during this time.

The description "double room WITH castle view" is not entirely correct. It should be correctly called "with a view IN THE DIRECTION of the castle". Unfortunately, the view in this direction is severely limited due to the narrow buildings directly in front of the terrace. But if, like me, you usually haven't been on the terrace, this point doesn't bother you so much. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was not installed stably. He let himself be pushed back and forth. The defect was reported, but the employee probably did not understand the problem. But none of them were serious problems. Overall the stay at the hotel was very good.

First the desk was exceptional with a dream team : Roya which is an MA literay studies patient, pleasant, efficient and very well mannered, then Cavid a computer studies student extremely effective, knews everything I wanted to know, very quick, decisive, helpful and both of them speaking good english (and by the way russian). Then the owner of the hotel wich with his phylosophy and his rafinated good taste put his imprint on everything. Very good organic breakfast beautifully served. This is probably the best hotel in the old town.

Change nothing, just keep everything like it is

The hotel's location is amazing - it is located right in the old city of Baku. Main tourist places are in a walking distance from the hotel - Shirvanshah saray Maiden Tower, Nizami street, Fountain square. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with the amazing view of the sea. The breakfast served in the hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem to check in for the flight next day with the Azerbidzanian company and they called to the airport to help me to solve this issue. They also called us a taxi to the airport. There are very good restaurants nearby which serve traditional food - Gaynana, La Quzu etc I recommend this hotel. Very good place to stay in the Old city of Baku.

nothing. All was really good
