The location of this property is excellent - literally on the beach with the Bayside beach bar just yards away for good food and beer deals. Beach is right on the doorstep and the water in the bay great for swimming being calmer than the waters round by the St Lawrence area. A 10 minute walk along the beach to Savvy’s bar area for great food and drink open 24 hours and another 5 minutes to Bridgetown.

The property could do with a little bit of updating. Could be an absolutely awesome property with a bit of investment- however, it would be unfortunate if that resulted in an increase in prices.

The location was excellent and staff were great. Very accommodating of our requests for additional nights, linen etc. The beach was great for swimming and snorkelling. We saw turtles in reasonably shallow water every day. The shipwreck is easily accessible off shore for confident swimmers (we didn't have fins and still quite achievable) and the number of different fish varieties was amazing. Absolutely spectacular sunsets from this location as well. Lots of food options close by and Bridgetown is within walking distance. The two bedroom/two bathroom unit was a great size with enough utility in the kitchen to cater some meals for ourselves.

We visited during low season, so this might not apply year round, but we would have loved the bistro and bar to be open in the afternoon and evening. Happy hour at sunset on the beach would have been fantastic.

The location was fabulous, right on the front of a quiet stretch of lovely beach just South of the cruise ship trippers' beach clubs. The best of both worlds of seclusion and activity. In walking distance from Town, buses and shops, we were able to get around the island towns and attractions without a car or taxis. Charming and authentic.

We booked a standard room, which had everything necessary but was basic; if we have chance to visit again we'd go for a superior/sea view as they seemed considerably nicer.

We had a fantastic stay here. We couldn't have asked for a better location, right on the famous Carlisle Bay. The staff were also top-notch; highly professional, and hard working. Their Bayside Bistro (beach bar and restaurant) was superb as well. Thank you to Nicole, Shanice, and the rest of the team, for providing such a wonderful stay for us!

Our shower only had cold water. From the bathroom windows, we could see a security camera. I'm sure its only intended to capture people going up and down the stairs, and going through that hallway. Nonetheless, from our vantage point, it looks like it could potentially see into the bathroom from it's periphery. There's 2 windows in that bathroom, I would suggest Nautilus cover up one of them, so guests won't have to be concerned or uncomfortable about this.

Amazing location… quiet but easily accessible for shops restaurants.. bars. The staff were amazing especially Nicole, Omar and Tams to name a few. Everyone was so polite helpful and kind. Being a first time solo traveler they made me feel so welcome and safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Situated right on a beautiful white sandy beach right next to where they snorkel with the turtles and swim the racehorses. The apartment itself wasn’t 5* but it had every o needed, was clean and comfortable with a great view over the beach and ocean. I fell in love with Barbados and this villa. I actually thought it was better than their sister hotel. The food was amazing and the cocktails second to none! I will be going back and staying there again!!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t really like but I’m not super picky. Yes it needed some little repairs here and there and the shower knob was a bit wobbly… but nothing that bothered me

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you enjoy being close to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful and much nicer compared to others in the area. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable beachside getaway.

Excellent location right on beach. Friendly staff. Everything we needed in the apartment. Close to all the beach clubs savvys boatyard etc. 15 min walk into city centre. ZR buses right outside.

Only 1 restaurant nearby all others a bus ride away. Requested top floor but was given bottom floor. Safe didn't work (though manager did come to take a look) . Patio door awkward to use & lock (manager came to fix it).

This hotel is right on a beautiful white sand beach on Carlisle Bay. Our room was not ready so they upgraded us to a room with an ocean view. We were easily able to swim out to the nearest shipwrecks (about 200 yards), keeping an eye out for sea urchins along the way. Rooms were dated but clean.

They took so long to prepare our breakfast that we nearly missed our ride. We had to take the meal with us. Also, there are not many restaurants nearby.

Loved the convenience of the beach front and the the town nearby

During our stay a water line must've been under repair.... we had little or no water from the first day....which made things horrible as we were a group of 10 ladies.... to add insult to injury.... the tanks at the back with extra storage....couldn't supply the rooms with water because on an electrical/pump issue......

Great location with easy access to a beautiful quiet beach. Bistro on site offered good food (with some gf options) at reasonable prices. All staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Wifi was good and it was great value for money. Very comfortable beds/pillows!

The water pressure of the shower was a bit disappointing but a small factor against all the positives.
