My husband and I had the greatest short stay at this immaculate and all around superb B&B. The hosts were simply outstanding with the way the communicate before the stay and how welcoming they were from the moment we arrived. The room has been prepared and decorated with such good taste, focused on quality, modern and able to give us the best experience and the best sleep. The care to the renovation of the building and the grounds were the best we have seen. The views, the location are everything when you are after somewhere quiet and relaxing to get away from noise, busy towns, life etc. The breakfast was again another great experience, with the focus on local produce and home made - 5 stars! We also had the opportunity to have dinner at the property which was a mixed platter - well, quantity and quality can not be faulted! The communication and welcoming by th host was great. The guesthouse is in a rural natural setting, quite beautiful, pheasants and rabbits around. There are also some animals at the property. The farm house has been impeccably restored and the rooms are huge. The design and decorations are very elegant and there is a nice view from a big balcony. The atmosphere is very nice. The breakfast is a total treat, fresh squeezed orange juice, high quality tea, personal service, beautiful plates, great products and as it was summer, on the terrace.

The price is a bit on the high side. There is no good option for dinner nearby, you have to go 20-25 minutes by car. A bit difficult with the open bathroom area if travelling with a kid. Mosquitoes in the room were a problem) , I think we killed over 20 for 1 hour and a half after midnight, not fun.

Extremely accomodating hostess,super large comfortable room with a lovely view. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of tasty local meats and cheeses. Homemade cakes were melt in the mouth.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were amazing as was the welcome & breakfast. Location is quiet with lovely views. There are a couple of great Belgium style bars within walking distance as well as a small brewery with bar & limited food in Roesbrugge. If you like cycling as we, do it is perfect, easy to get to Veurne, Diksmuide, the coast or Poperinge, Ieper or the 'Flemish Alps'. Can't wait to return.

Beautifully refurbished barn in a peaceful location, done to the very highest standard. Sigrun was the sweetest host and made us feel very welcome. Really tasty breakfast, all sourced locally (Sigrun had even made granola and scones herself). The bedrooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with really comfortable beds. Would highly recommend dinner at Rust-Roest as well, which is a 30 min walk or 5 min drive from the B&B.

I would recommend some mosquito spray for the evenings.

We were met with a warm welcome by Sigrun, who was wonderfully engaging and helpful throughout our stay, even helping inflate my boy's football much to his delight. The breakfast was outstanding: eggs from their chickens, local cheese, fresh baked treats and delicious homemade granola/scones. Sigrun's knowledge of local history was impressive and she provided plenty of local recommendations and advice on places to visit. We've had a wonderful time and cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Nothing really, the only thing that I eould change is the automatic bright light in the toilet, it really wakes one up in the middle of the night

The breakfast was excellent with regional products and homemade scones, cake etc. Everything was there, it was an outstanding breakfast. The rooms were super clean and the people very nice.

It was a wonderful stay at Oversteekhof and we were warmly welcomed. The room was immaculate and had a lovely view of the farm. The breakfast was fantastic and there was a great selection of delicacies.

We have had a perfect stay: Spotless and comfortable room, delicious breakfast with homebaked bread and regional products and very nice and friendly owners! Thank you!
