Good range of cooking utensils, very clean, dishwasher, pool&spa facilities were great, lovely apartment. We appreciated the courtesy call a few days before our visit to check we understood everything regarding our stay which was a nice touch!

The underground car park was very steep and my 4x4 got stuck on the slope down but there is also another car park which we ended up using. We found the parking expensive though at £29.00 for 2 nights. This should be free or capped at £5 maximum for guests. The apartment was also very hot overnight. We didn’t find these issues deal breakers though!

Clean, modern, pretty well equipped. Ok to visit Bruges as good value for money (at least now in winter time). Good that there was an indoor swimming pool, good for the kids. The pool floors could have been cleaner.

No reception desk so no one to give directions. We did not know how to get to the train station and mostly we did not know the train to Bruges was every hour so we lost a lot of time. It would be good to leave a notice in every room with directions and timetables. We did not know that the bridge before the hotel opened up and we were in the middle of the night blocked by the bridge, our phones had bo battery to call. That would be also good to add.

Location is nice, near the port. Key pickup was good explained and went smooth. Underground garage and a lot of parking space outside. EV charging stations. There is a swimming pool, free of charge. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need there. Big table and comfy chairs.

Sofa was extremely uncomfortable, made from the cheap artificial leather. No ventilation in bathroom. There are 3 bunk beds and all of them are near each other so the a bigger child can't get in and out of bed. Sleeping room is also very small. I read after we booked and I was fine with that, just it is a little odd: The beds are not made, but there is everything prepared for the guests to make their own beds upon arrival. The beds to made and to have clean towels costs extra.

Its a nice clean block of apartments in Zeebruges. 20 to 25 minutes drive to central bruges old town. Fully equipped, very clean. Bed linens will be provided, but we will have to make the bed. This was clearly stated on the listing so no issues. Someone from the office had called 2 days prior to our arrival and confirmed all details which was very nice. Nice indoor pool. Great value for money, Overall a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

Nothing, all was great. Underground parking access to the block, door opened on arrival, everything worked fine. Excellent.

Cheap, convenient and clean no frills hotel. Located quite near the port but very quiet rooms with decent travel connections for our weekend in Bruges. Exactly as described and very spacious for the price with all the facilities and a little welcome pack as they were doing building works (which had no effect on us, didn't even realise it was happening!) Didn't use the bar/restaurant or pool.

Car park incredibly tight, we were in a medium sized SUV and fitted but very low roof. Was informed that you can also just park out on the street for free though which was great.

The room was perfect for the five of us. The bathroom was perfect. The kitchen was perfect. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The balance between quality and price is very good.

The TV was almost useless with no "normal" TV channels. The swimming pool was messy at peak hour. Sauna was broken, lockers were broken. It was very easy to find people drinking alcohol in common areas, and with kids that is not nice.

Very clean family room with pretty much everything we needed

Would have liked a toaster…..also we messaged to get a towel (we totally understood that we had to bring our own but hoped there was an easy link to click to order one set for our second night)-this was a lot harder and no one replied to my email. Not a major but would’ve been nice to make the extras easier to access on arrival if needed

The hotel looks new, it’s beautiful, and very easy to access. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, plates, mugs and everything you need! Even a dish washer. Its a lovely place.

For some reason we feel very alergic during our time in the hotel. If you want towel you will have to pay for it. You have to prepare your own bed.

Cozy and clean apartment with everything you need for cooking and eating.

The deviation from good commercial practices - paying extra for bath towels and not even a small bar of soap - must be described in detail and in a prominent place so that the customer is not misled and unpleasantly surprised.
