The bread fast was very nice, delicious and timely. The service was also nice and the staff were professional.

What I did not like was the aspect of extending booking online even though one is already at the hotel on=should be allowed to pay on desk as long as the room is available for the extended date in question.

Great breakfast with exellent options. They have some the friendliest staff.

The property serves breakfast within the property at a different building. Which is around a 2 minute walk. I personally would prefer to have breakfast within one building which I am staying at. Then again its an experience to walk around the property.

It location, very secure

The Metcourt internet was very poor. Actually I never managed to connect to it, only used the grand palm internet which had a weak signal from where my room was.

Very nice place comfortable and staff were awesome nothing was too much trouble . Call the hotel as was left in the airshow a they weren't aware of my arrival time and they sen't the transport immediately.

Nothing but too like even breakfast was good

It was convenient and we loved the breakfast and outdoor restaurant at Grand Palm

The carpet in the hall needs replacing

The bed was super comfortable, I had to extend my stay twice because I couldn't let go of such comfort and peace. I have already made my next booking and will do more in the near future.

The place and the friendlyness.

No possibility to call home (out of Botswana) from Grand Palms at night, allthough I had a serious emergency. Two guards even laughed of me.

The fact that I can still check out later than my check out time without being disturbed.

The place where I had to have a meal was far away so it was an inconvenience to move that far.

The breakfast were very poor. They advertise to be ready at 06h30 but when we arrived at 06h40 the staff had only just arrived. The bacon,beans, sausages were put out in containers that were cold. the plates were cold, and the toaster was very inadequate. Aircon in the rooms is old and noisy
