Convenient and perfect to access the airport both for arriving and leaving the country.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

I liked that they were able to schedule me a ride from the airport to the hotel. When you get to the airport from the International Terminal you will be hounded by some persistent taxi drivers wanting you to pick them. Even though I am sure that I paid more than if I had gotten my own taxi, at least I did not have to deal with all the persistent taxi drivers at the airport

The breakfast: I stayed here at the beginning of my trip to Botswana, and then again at the end of my trip to Botswana. During these two trips, the breakfast at the hotel was completely different both days. The first trip at the beginning of the week was a buffet style breakfast. However, at the end of the trip it was a la carte.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and well cleaned every day. Being situated next to the mall, makes dinner options easy.

The one hinge of the shower door was detached from the door on our arrival. This should have been corrected by maintenance before our arrival, or shortly after our arrival. It was not fixed after three days of our stay.

Staff were excellent; efficient, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and grounds well kept. Safe parking. Central location for our needs. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a few nights in Gabs. Was a very pleasant stay and will be back for sure.

Pillows and Duvet were a bit lumpy but overall very comfortable. Small instances of general wear & tear on pool loungers and the bathroom sink in one of our rooms (it was cracked).

Location, room, outside space and friendly staff

I asked to pay my final bill the night before I left because I was leaving early to the airport in the morning. I did this but when I handed my key over in the morning I was told I had 10 pula outstanding to pay which confused me and should not have been the case. The itemised bill wasn’t clear and I was in a rush so I paid it.

The location is great - near the mall, so going for dinner one has many options. It is safe, clean and secure, outside of the CBD traffic challenges. Easy to get to airport.

The staff do not close the doors to the rooms in the passages leading from the restaurant area, Sleeping is a challenge if your room is near the restaurant, since people handle cutlery and crockery all night long. Were it not for this, it would have been a 10/10.

The Lodge is located at the Mall. It has a private swimming pool and staff respond timely to requests. The bedding was changed everyday with a smile added.

The parking areas does not have a covered or car protection roofing therefore birds help themselves onto of customers' cars. You need to have an extra amount of money to pay for your car cleaning which is offered at the Mall.

Very decent, no nonsense, quiet business hotel, I actually enjoyed it more than the Hilton and Protea/Marriot downtown, where I stayed several times before. Location was for me very convenient, free parking for my rental, close to airport and Phakalane. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms good. Nice pool, still in the Sun even late afternoon (this was in November, "summer" in Botswana). Decent breakfast.

Wifi only ok, could be better. Brekky is decent, but for ME personally the hotel lacks one important thing only: a real espresso machine. I'd LOVE to pay extra to get a good cappuccino at breakfast, and in the evening (or espresso). Dear hotel, if you decide to buy one, please do not buy an automatic machine - the coffee out of those sucks. Get a real espresso machine - including a milk steamer. It will guarantee that I come to you in the future and never to the Hilton or Protea again :)

The facility is good and near the shopping malls, which made it easier to buy some necessities.

The room never had a fridge and the aircon was horrible. Secondly, the hotel was supposed to include atleast some continental breakfast in the charge for the room as opposed to buying breakfast separately. Thirdly,the hotel doesnt even have gym facilities.

The rooms were nice and comfortable and the location, being near a shopping mall, was just superb. I will certainly visit again. I have very beautiful memories of this place.

The Wi-Fi connection was, in some cases, without internet.
