Breakfast was always available with plenty of different options, the Waffles, Crepes and Pancakes were very good could always get a smell of them in the mornings. Unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to get breakfast due to scheduling so can’t comment anymore than that.

The Pool was closed and although it was winter when we were there it would have been nice to cool off in the pool as there were days we were very hot

I used to live in Gaborone and know the town quite well. I looked into staying at the Protea and the Hilton (for the points) but then I did a search and found the Aria. I am glad I did! The hotel was lovely and comfortable. Great amenities. Great location. Great price! I would gladly stay there again.

I honestly can't think of a thing. My stay was short (only one night) but everything was great. I know it sounds like a line, but the place met and exceeded my expectations. Great stay at a great price in a great location.

The Location was really very convenient and suitable for me. The lunch buffet was superb and delicious. We had some external challenges outside of the hotel's ambit, that would have affected my stay. The General Manager Donavan was exceptional in the manner in which he handled my challenge. He is well mannered and compassionate to guest's needs. I sincerely commend his professionalism and demeanour. I highly recommend this hotel. Great ambience. Also commend Nancy, the receptionist that settled my colleague and I, with a few things.

The place was okay. Quiet and peaceful. The TV channels were few, so as a TV person, i'd recommend adding some more channels. Other than that, the staff was helpful and friendly and the place is not far from the CBD. I loved that the hotel was considerate enough to prepare breakfast for guests who were leaving the Hotel around 04:00 hours to catch early morning flights.

Facilities were clean and felt great. The room was spacious and shower was large enough to really relax and enjoy. loved the staff friendliness. It was easy to engage with everyone. The place was really great.

The TV in the room was not a smart TV and offered minimal viewing channel options. The pool floor tiles appeared to be dirty, I did see the Pool cleaning machine doing it's thing but felt like it was taking too long.

This is a very good hotel in Gaborone with great staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen. Secure parking.

The ventilation system in my room and on the hallway were constant and noisy. No way to switch it off, which disturbed my sleep unfortunately.

Everything about my stay was awesome. The staff are friendly and superhelpful. I needed a sim card and the locals in Botswana are generally rude to tourists but the hotel staff were amazing, they accompanied us to three different malls just to get a sim card and they ensured to see it through. The location is nice, facilities are extremely clean and comfortable.
