Good Breakfast, clean rooms and spacious.

Please provide a jug or container of water at breakfast Holes in the curtains No travel adapters. I asked but there was none. Every day, when you return, you room card does not work. The told me that the room access gets reset when they clean it. They were washing floors while everyone is checking out. This creates congestion and the slippery tiles are unsafe. The lodge tend to be noisy as the sound travels far with all the tiles They reset the WiFi password every day and give you the password on a card. With these numbers you cannot discriminate between 1, L or I also O and 0. So I had to try 10 times.

Delayed responses by housekeeping on 2 occasions. Took over an hour to bring iron to the bedoom on request. Took 1 day to bring a towel for the 2nd guest of the room. Pool wasn't clean Breakfast options needs to be changed daily. Same options were served everyday.

Breakfast was good same as the restaurant location

Hotel could have made provision for some food for guests who were arriving on a late plane...we slept on hungry stomachs. Especially when the hotel was aware that most of these guests were to attend a conference at the lodge. A sandwich would have sufficed .

The hotel could have made provision for dinner as most guests booked were arriving at 2115hours for a conference booked at the hotel. Even a sandwich with a beverage could have surficed. The kitchen was closed

The staff were all very friendly. The location is quiet

The lacation is good for making it quiet but its not near any restaurants for alternatives for the evening.

Located within 15 minutes from the airport and close to industrial area where I needed to conduct business

Room 155 was close to an exit used by staff, so noise at night and early morning was a slight disturbance.

Breakfast was good one lady in the restaurant with twisted braids can't remember her name was extremely awesome and helpful

Breakfast sometimes got finished and had to wait for more preparation li.e. the fried eggs

Soundproofing from hall, some guests arrived late and were making noise late night.

The place is very modern.Wi Fi was fast and stable.

In my first room, the AC was not working, and they had to move me into a smoking room.As a non-smoker, this was not a nice place to be.
