Regent Select Hotel is a very well designed, well managed, centrally located Hotel. Our stay here was ever so pleasant, generous sized room with a comfortable bed, lovely shower with great water pressure. Well equipped gym, very clean swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens, the landscaping at this hotel is very soothing. Our room included breakfast, the variety was great. The coffee served here is highly recommended! Evening meals at the restaurant were delicious. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping team were always friendly and very approachable. The staff were so friendly especially staff at the restaurant. I missed the breakfast time by a few minutes as I decided to hike Kgale Hills in the morning. They had packed and all that was there was were fruit salads and a Muesli cup. One of the ladies asked what I would like to eat and made sure it was prepared for

Breakfast was good but it was limited. I had an issue with the safe. I believe the previous guest locked it and I wasn’t able to place my valuables in there. I let the staff know and they said it would have been attended to the next morning which did not happen. Had to put all my valuables in my suitcase and lock it when leaving the hotel.

I loved the people of Botswana. At the hotel we were treated with respect by the managers and staff,as well as the other guest. The staff especially Gabriel and Bontle went out of their way to cater to our needs. The staff called us to remind us that the breakfast was ending, so we should not miss out. They kept the place super clean ,especially our rooms. I will definitely recommend the hotel. Breakfast had a variety of choices. The hotel also called a taxi for us wherever we wanted to go. I can't describe the humble manner in which the staff and guest greeted us .They were so helpful .The people of the Republic of Botswana, were just so amazing and extremely helpful

Location was great! Restaurant prices for dinner were good and quality was great! Everyone was really friendly and I was super comfortable in my room with the aircon.

Breakfast was not the best unfortunately. The restaurant makes really good food, we had dinner twice there and was impressed. However, breakfast was below par. I was also not happy that my room did not have all the plugs. I could not charge my phone and the front desk wasn't prepared to assist with a plug.

First and most importantly, loved the cigarette pot stand at balcony. Support staffs are very friendly and helpful. Locationwise it is perfect and easy accessible. My stay was a month long, but I loved the hotel because of the friendly atmosphere which was there in.

The room lighting and breakfast menus. Brekfast menus are same all along, no variations.

The place is clean and the room was very comfortable. We had supper at the restaurant. The food was delicious.

The staff members were talking loud on the corridors at night. My room is not too far from where they were seating, I think it was their rest room, hence I could hear them talking, shouting and laughing while I was trying to concentrate as I was studying.

I had ordered dinner on my first night, and it is by far the best dinner I've had in a hotel restaurant 😋. The following morning, I had a wonderful à la carte service.

Well, the room I was in had another door that led to another room, and there were other guests in the other room. We could literally hear each other. A recommendation for soundproof walls or doors would do.

Regent Select is situated very central with quick excess to most part of the city. The facilities are great spacious room very clean, the restaurant was great but not every thing on the menu was available.

Shower in room 31 is leaking with very little presure.

Room facilities are great!

Since it was winter, I was expecting the room to have a heater that can keep the room warm. Through out my stay, it was so cold in the night and I really didn't enjoy my sleep.

I ticked that we would need an airport shuttle, but the shuttle was not available to pick us at the airport. We were disappointed.
