By far the best quality hotel in Manaus. Decent price, English speaking staff. Comparing price and quality, this hotel is an absolute winner. It still lacks world standards, but unlike all the other hotels in the region, this one at least knows the direction.

Loooong distance to the center. The restaurant has gross flaws for being part of an international hotel chain. For the fact that it is a new hotel, it is surprisingly slightly battered and some details are not completely refined. It would be pointless to enumerate the errors. I know at least thirty other hotels in the city and they are all way worse than this one.

Staff was welcoming and helped me with a corporate issue. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was good and room service was a bit slow but worked well. Location is a bit far from main roads, and uber still doesn't quite know how to get there, but worked well for me as it was quiet.

Room was good, although slightly outdated, with shower needing a rennovation. Breakfast could have been better, with more options.

It was a great stay and perfect for us as we wanted somewhere close to the airport and close to the city! The staff were so kind and helpful! Especially Anne, she was so kind and helpful! Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Great staff, great location and great value for money

The room is very clean and comfortable, the staff is educated and the breakfast was delicious, the bathroom was very clean too.

In the reception you don’t have where to sit a few minutes while your wait for an uber, in my case, I’m pregnant

We liked that there was a restaurant on site, and the price was good.

For the price, there is nothing more that I could ask for that would be "reasonable." The hotel served its purpose for us, which was one night somewhere decent and at a good price.

Clean and cozy hotel. Nice and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service very good. Extra points for the bed and pillows, very comfortable.

The location is excellent for me and the room was silent as I requested. The staff was very helpful and was able to answer my questions easily.

The mattress for me was a little soft but I prefer hard mattresses. I also would have liked the option of having breakfast included in the cost instead of separate.

I likes the breakfast, the location and the stapp also the cleanliness.
