The rooms are big, breakfast is excellent, and the area is close to the mall and centrally located.
When I checked in the front desk reception made an error with my breakfast and one breakfast was not being included in the price which it should have been. This was a result of an error made when checking in. Eventually it was fixed but only after pleading with the restaurant and front desk. In sum, why would a couple check in and only pay for one breakfast when it was clear there were two people staying and for which both should have been included?

close to everything… safe..quiet, great amenities.
from a mobility standpoint… I have a mobility scooter.. excellent space , but the bathroom was all ceramic tile. made it hard to find a surface that I could hold on to. the hold bar in the shower could be a little longer. the shower grout needs to be cleaned, the brackets that hold the shower head tools needed to be cleaned. at least change the nuts to newer non rusted. other than that I enjoyed the stay. also the desk in back of the bed needs to be reinforced. the mdf is becoming weak and the sides almost came apart. just suggestions for the next clients.

Great room! Great room Service and very Nice and gentle bellboy!
Elevators were not fully working so it Took long time To go up and down. bathroom amenities were too “simple” and in the fridge there were only water bottles. I personally asked for a late checkout but this was denied promptly.
