It is as advertised, great value, good price, and good location for getting around Impanema. If an affordable, clean, comfortable hotel based in Impanema is what you are looking for then this is a good choice. Only three blocks from the beach in a good section, it is close to good restaurants —. And you don’t pay the higher prices to be on the beach. The breakfast was good. But if you are looking for 5 star luxury with spa and concierge — then this isn;t your hotel. Pure value hotel for those that do not need the fancy over priced amenities. We were up early every morning and only came back to sleep —so it worked out well for us.

Location perfectly situated in Ipanema near Leblon... a few blocks to the Metro (Nossa Senhora) & the Staff enormously kind & helpful. AYRES at the desk was my buddy & RAFAEL the bellhop a really nice chap! REJANE of housekeeping a real sweetheart!

My room was a bit small. The bathroom was a cramped space. Barely space for towels (one rack for 4 towels)... the faucets were counterintuitive. Got nearly scalded in the tight shower stall! The lighting options were minimal with a too bright overhead and only two bedside reading lamps. Two lights in the BR & IN ENTIRE ROOM only 3 electric sockets 1 in foyer, 1 behind bedboard & 1 in the bathroom. The Breakfast choices were decent but the Hot table options grew wearisome after 3 days...

My Spouse and I have been staying at the Hotel Vermont for several years. We stay a few times a year. The staff is outstanding. The Breakfast and location can’t be beat.Attached is a gift from the Hotel Vermont to celebrate my Birthday. Thank you very much Hotel Vermont for making my Birthday Special again. Robert.

The hotel is perfectly located in ipanema, 2 blocks away from the beach. Breakfast is ok but it has already been better in the past. rooms are always super clean and staff are super friendly. Nowadays its main strength is the location.

Breafast is becoming a bit "basic" during time. They had more options in the past

The location in Ipanema was perfect for restaurants, the beach and walking around to enjoy the area. The breakfast was quite good also.

The room was much to small for two people. We did not have enough room to put the 2nd suite case down on the floor.

very well managed hotel, clean rooms with comfortable bed and bedding. friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast buffet, very good wifi. great location within short walking distance of ipanema beach.

The location in Ipanema, just 2 streets away from the beach was great. It was also close to anything we needed like drugstores, restaurants, shopping malls, desserts, etc. I think it was a bit expensive compared to what if offers but I understand this can be because of the location. Breakfast was good but not amazing, very basic. One of the highest points was the attention by bellboys, especially one of them who was always prompt to help me with my son and the stroller.

They have an elevator but there are some stairs to get there but no ramp. I was with my child on a stroller all the time and while the bellboys were extremely nice and helpful every time I was alone with my child, a ramp is very much needed. Also, the space between rooms in the floor we got (first floor) was very small and it was hard to move around, especially when the cleaning carts where out there.

Really clean and tidy. Strong, stable and fast wifi. Quiet. Very soft and comfy bed. You can open the Windows. Good AC. Delicious and rich breakfast Buffet with Lots and Lots of fruits and juices on top of the usual Hotel breakfast items

It was not obvious that the water in the room was not complimentary as there was no price List to be found and it was not inside of the minibar.
