The property is very well located, beach front, nearby various good restaurants, and easy access to the malls and entertainment places.

The room we stayed is outdated, the curtains and balcony are dirty. The “closet” is a built in shelf without doors, so our personal items stay displayed. The bath set does not include hand towel and there is no holder for hand soap. Additionally, there is no instructions to use the TV remote control and when we asked for assistance, no one from the hotel staff came to provide any help.

Everything was great, location, parking, room with a beautiful view of Praia do Pepe, excellent cleaning staff. what made the experience unique was definitely the staff at the front desk and their attention to detail.

because the 2 hotels use the same lobby, you can feel the “different class treatment” when it comes to going to the restaurant at night, as the staff makes it clear that staying at the Íbis is like being a second class citizen, so better training to the restaurant staff, or just changing those silly rules all at once.

Great location. A lot of restaurants and the sightseeing in the surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. No regrets whatsover. Plannin' to do it again when the time comes. Cheers!😎👍

The price of the breakfast was a little bit too steep. It caught me off guarded but it was all good. I thought it was included in the overall price once I checked in. No big deal!I did it anyway. After all, nothin' could spoil my day ....lol Breakfast very tasteful. The food was yummy! The staff people very friendly. Suggestion: Cut down the breakfast price to half if possible. Aside from that, no complaints at all. 😎👍

Location is perfect if you are staying in Barra. close.to restaurants, beach and everything.

The land line doesn't work. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call the hotel and the front desk is happy with it.

I stay there during Rio carnival. It was more expensive than regular season, but not so much. I think It is acceptable and still reasonable. There are some big super market, it is very convenient area to stay.

A little far from center of RIo. It is terminal station of Rio metro. But, it is not big problem to enjoy Rio. And wifi did not work so well

Breakfast is excellent. The location is excellent. In reality, everything is acceptable and good, although there are simple things that could be improved.

It is necessary that they put a dispenser of hot water and cold water. The reception people could make an effort to understand another language and speak a little more slowly. A transfer from the airport to the hotel costs US$50. I sent messages to the hotel asking for a transfer and they never gave me an answer. The cleanliness of the corridors should be improved.

Location is very nice, you have the beach in front of you. The room is very ok on size and equipment.

Elevators sometimes take a lot of time to arrive.
