The room was nice and spacious, with good sound insulation. Food was adequate for Bulgarian standards ( although sometimes was a bit cold ). The pool was clean.

The room cleaning was not at a good level - some days they didn't even enter the room. For 6 night stay, they changed the towels only once - and only after another guest made a fuss on checkout. Additionally - they restocked the complimentary drinks based on what we purchased , and not on what should have been provided ( e.g. if they saw we had bought water , they didn't bother with leaving the complimentary water for the mini-bar )

Overall, the experience was great value for the price we paid, exceeding our expectations by far: our economy studio was modern and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV and a balcony; both breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious; the staff was friendly and helpful; and the available facilities were flawless.

Unfortunately, we had no internet access from our hotel room, in addition to which several of the spa facilities were not operational. Additionally, the large outdoor pool was closed for a photo session without our prior knowledge, meaning we didn't get a chance to use it.

Very nice located in the town center, nice swimming pool and spa facilities, very clean. We visited with public holidays packages and food and dinner program were really nice, there was big variety of food choices on breakfast and dinner

It wasn’t problem for us, but if you visit with small children the big pool inside may be bit colder and deep for them, it is 27-28C and it is suitable for swimming. The jacuzzi is small and gets crowded as all families with smaller children were be there.

In general, everything in the hotel is OK. Breakfast and dinner were good and tasty, the WIFI was efficiant and the AC too.

The service is some how slow. It seems the hotel was quiet full but the staff in the dinning room was not enough. The room was not ready in the afternoon of the second day. I had to tell the reception that nobody arranged or clean the room, although the towels were replaced but the bed was not ready, room was not clean and ammenities were not renewd.

Brand new renovated rooms and facilities, very pretty, clean and comfortable, comfy beds, large rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Not crowded, hence Spa services have availability. Excellent location in the city center, good window insulation if you're facing the street and may not want to hear outside noises, the a/c was very quiet and we had good sleep. I also liked the smell of the soaps and shower gels. Good breakfast. We also tried the dinner (half board) and the food was good, good variety of vegetables, meats, etc.

There are no longer rooms with baths, only showers. The pillows are way too soft. The breakfast could be more varied. We stayed 2 nights - no one cleaned the room on the 2nd day, and coffee pods were not re-stocked (may only be included once per stay, so not sure if it's OK to expect that), the cups not washed and the trash not taken out.

The room was huge, clean, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. Lovely pool with warm water, nice umbrellas. The hotel is in the city center which is very convenient. The staff is friendly. It's perfect for few days relax. Recommend it

Dinner and breakfast were poor. It's better to eat outside. In the bathroom, u will find only liquid shampoo and shower gel - no bath cup or earplugs. The shampoo and shower gel were very diluted with water. Quality 2 out of 10.

Perfect attitude by the staff. Very comfortable rooms.

No gym at the time. For this amount of money, more food diversity is needed. The non-swimming warm pool is too small.

breakfast very good, room veery good with music from yt and tv i think it was 55' so i quite a big screen :) i not have anything to complain about hotel. even the pool was great! but no! the hours of pool! it should be open from 6-7 am before for me 8 am was to late :(

the SPA and especially the swimming pool. it is big enough to swim comfortably the food at breakfast and dinner was also excellent
