The hot mineral water everywhere. It's simply amazing and the outside pool area is big enough to enjoy and relax but also to get a decent swim! That being said, the hotel is indeed 2 stars so you should adjust your expectations when it comes to accommodations or breakfast. We have been coming here for years and in all honesty, the kitchen got significantly better recently, the amenities are better taken care of and the personal is just wonderful so there are many reasons for us to come back again and again and again haha.

The pool is amazing, the breakfast is great, the beds are comfy and the staff was polite and kind.

Didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t control the room’s temperature. Also, some of the pool’s tiles have to be changed already. Didn’t like the fact that they don’t feed the cat and the dog who obviously live there and are very friendly. They even encourage their customers not to feed them. Poor things wouldn’t survive otherwise. :(

Loved the big pool, and the hot one was perfect .. especially for the kids! The staff was friendly and always smiling!! The grenery surounding the complex was full of happily chirping birds and added to the relaxing facilities!

The food and drinks were a bit pricy. The quality was good, but too high for the quantity provided.

Nice swimming pool and perfect restaurant. Tasty food, friendly and professional staff. Beautiful garden and spacious for the tables not too close to each other.

The bathroom might be improved, even though clean. The place of the Tv is very inconvenient. Spa has a lot more to be desired. But the outdoor pool is very good.

The hot mineral pools! Our room was clean. Staff was friendly and very informative! There is also indoors SPA area worth visiting. Dedicated parking place, although it can be overcrowded with day-visitors for the pools. Room amenities were working - TV, internet.

The price is a bit on the high end for the value of this place. Hotel is a mix of "old" and "new" and you see the need for repairs - broken floor tiles in corridors, pockets of dirt in pools, dried plants in rooms, etc. There are some stray dogs around - they were friendly, though. Location - not great. Place is located in the outskirts of the village. City center and amenities are on 20 min walk via the busy central street.

Extremely kind and friendly staff! Good base with nice pool and bar with garden (pool bar was closed due to the season). Good prerequisites for a pleasant stay and rest.

Maybe the fact that the hotel is located right on the main road of Dolna Banya and is not so close if you want to walk to the city center.

The mineral water pools were really pleasant. Only a 45 minute drive from Sofia. The breakfast was fresh and hot, and the food from the restaurant was surprisingly good. An instant coffee machine was available and also better quality coffee drinks from the bar. Everything was clean,

The bathtub in our apartment room was odd and there wasn't a way to fill up the tub other than from the showered. The beds were a little uncomfortable.
