The apartment was good equiped, the big TV was great for us as a familly, enabling us to watch movies after daily outdoor activities. Also the kitchen was equiped well so we could make or warm some lunch and prepare coffe/tea. We also liked a lot the location, since close to the apartment was the eco trail - a path through the woods leading to the ski sloopes which at night was especially beautifull with hanging lights. The owner replied quickly to each of our messages and requests.

The spa in the Borovets Gardens did not work at the days of our stay, which was not mentioned when we booked the apartment. The owner recommended us spa at a close hotel with good value for the money, but we did not went, the apartment was warm :)

I had а wonderful stay at these apartments! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What made my stay truly special was the incredible hospitality the host. She was extremely kind, responsive, and always available to help with anything I needed. Her attention to detail and care made me feel right at home. І would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting the area!

Fabulous location in Borovets, close enough for center and far enough from the noisy crowds. Very clean, tidy, and well-equipped apartment in well-maintained aparthotel. Exceptionally responsive owner, friendly, knowledgeable, always available and ready to help.

To us, the location is better than in the center - more guiet, with more options to walk in the nature, allowing to prepare the body for skiing while you go to lifts. The apartment (B-16) is excellent, includes everything you need to rest and to cook. Comfortable beds, adjustable heating, easy windows opening, balcony, options for drying clothes after skiing. The host Denitsa is very polite and helpful, gives detailed info and keeps in contact with guests.

Some small things like an additional pillow or a chair in the bedroom could be useful.

The apartment was clean, very well equiped an it was a silent place. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. We had a free parking on premise.

Big comfortable apartment, warm enough, has a dishwasher which is a big plus

Very little sofa, not enough whole family to watch TV, also wi-fi with poor quality,especially in the bedrooms

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. There is a washer , as well as a dishwasher and all that you need in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The host,Denista, is very nice , she is very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!
